This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

This article reflects the learning process carried out within the framework of an environmental education and educational intervention project, using the Project Work Methodology (MTP), conducted in the context of preschool education in Portugal. Following a qualitative paradigm, the study aims to analyze how children develop skills through the MTP. The approach respected children’s individual needs, fostering critical and creative thinking. The educational intentions constructed during the intervention led to the promotion of different types of learning among the children. The recorded evidence reveals benefits in their holistic development, confirming the formative potential of the project methodology.

In this paper aspects of the development of the dialectical psychology are presented as a theoretical-conceptual orientation and as a way of professional practice for psychologists. Ways of expression of dialectical psychology are expose, analyzing and synthesizing key points relating human emancipation. It's an effort for potentate the psychology science with new models, better strategies and more effective instruments. It's considered that the purpose of dialectical psychology is to develop an emancipator project, as an open task with future perspective in the 50th anniversary of psychology in Peru.

This article analyzes the fears and concerns many Venezuelan immigrants living in Peru go through every day. It delves into the communication dynamics between Peruvians and Venezuelans, as well as into its consequences at an intersubjective level. Methodologically, it is based on data gathered from interviews in Ayacucho, Chiclayo, Cusco and mainly in Lima. Basically, the life histories of immigrants in vulnerable situation are analyzed, whether they are unemployed, asking for financial support on the street or having undergone any difficult experience. Finally, the expectations they hold on the future are joined together, identifying a series of hopes they embrace to survive to the exploitation and discrimination they would face. However, this study still addresses the encouraging frameworks in a country that, as it is understood, is still an important migration destination for them.

In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. This article makes an approach to legislation relating to hydraulic power generation resources, and describes problems arising from lack of legislation to protect the identification of a hydroelectric project, propose some guidelines that could be collected in the regulations to enhance the development of energy projects with water resources.The importance of this paper is based in the Peruvian hydroelectric potential to develop the power generation activity, this power must be exploited to the maximum for greater investment in this sector and reduce the infrastructure gap that the country currently has.

The gamitana is a fish native to the Amazon and Orinoco River basin, with a growing demand in Peru, especially in supermarkets and restaurants specializing in traditional Amazonian jungle cuisine, with an estimated demand of approximately 600 kilos per week, due to the product’s quality, homogeneous organoleptic properties, strict quality control, certifications and product auditing.The objectives of this study are to redefine the strategy and redesign the supply chain of Puñizas SAC, a familyrun company located in Junín dedicated to gamitana production and distribution to supermarkets and Amazonian restaurants in Lima, in order to add value to clients focused on product (gamitana) flow.
