El presente estudio titulado Gestión de Compras del Núcleo Ejecutor de Compras para PRODUCE, 2002 cuyo objetivo es Proponer estrategias necesarias para mejoras la gestión de compras del Núcleo Ejecutor de Compras para PRODUCE, 2022, se utilizó como metodología un estudio de tipo básico, empleando el método inductivo de nivel descriptivo, la técnica empleada para la recolección de información fue la entrevista y los instrumentos utilizados fueron la guía de preguntas para conocer la problemática inmersa en la gestión de compras del Núcleo Ejecutor de Compras para PRODUCE, 2022. Evidenciándose que la gestión de compras no está organizada, falta previsión en su política y un mayor control en la realización de las compras

El objetivo principal de este trabajo de investigación es formular las estrategias para la empresa Mission Produce (MP) con el fin de incrementar su participación en el mercado estadounidense y asegurar el suministro de fruta, teniendo en cuenta la creciente demanda de paltas en Estados Unidos de América (EE.UU.) y en el mundo en general. Mission Produce es productor, importador y distribuidor de paltas en los EE.UU., tiene como principal producto la palta Hass y tiene una participación de mercado del 23%, ubicándolo como empresa líder, seguida de su principal competidor Calavo con un 19% de participación y de las empresas Westpak y Giumarra, cada una con una participación del 6%. This work is based on the results of the research “Analysis of the use of software quality models: a proposal to improve processes in the ‘mypes’ producing software in Lima”, which was supported by the Institute of Scientific Research of the University of Lima. The study characterized “mypes” and showed that they do not have an adequate use of software quality models, both in their processes and products. In addition, these companies recognized that they have problems in their processes and the need to improve them. It was therefore proposed to develop a further research setting a suitable and sustainable process improvement model for each category of “mype”, based on an in-depth analysis of existing quality models, that could be applied throughout the entire software lifecycle: from the establishment of requirements to the quality tests.

El objetivo del presente trabajo es mostrar la situación de los pequeños productores de quinua de la región Junín y como la implementación que ya se ha dado en otras partes del país podrían mejorar su entorno con el uso de herramientas legales que podrían asegurar sus producciones a mejores precios y con mejor trato al productor original. Para la recopilación de la información se recurrió a la revisión de literatura especializada. Entre los hallazgos se puede mencionar que los pequeños productores expresan que los acopiadores y las empresas exportadoras no muestran interés alguno en apoyarlos. El trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar la realización del análisis y descripción de puestos en una empresa que produce y comercializa alimentos balanceados para aves de corral en el distrito de La Unión (Piura, Perú). La empresa presentaba una serie de problemas, siendo el principal el que los trabajadores llevaban a cabo tareas que no les correspondía y por el contrario no realizaban tareas que sí les correspondía, además de la confusión sobre a quién obedecer y otros como, horas muertas, un mal ambiente laboral, entre otros. La actividad de la pesca artesanal es una de las más importantes del Perú, emplea a más de 44.000 personas que abastecen de pescado a los hogares de todo el país. La importancia de esta actividad y el recurso explotado está en que son bases para una mejor alimentación y desarrollo económico de la población de bajos recursos. Sin embargo, a pesar de las intervenciones por parte de las instituciones públicas relacionadas, la problemática de este sector se mantiene y en algunos casos se agrava. We had used artificial surfaces to examine the radular marks of four common grazing gastropods from Ancon Bay. In this work we show radular marks on dental wax surface of the trochid Tegula atra (Lesson, 1830), the fissurellid Fissurella peruviana Lamarck, 1822, the lottid Lottia ceciliana (Orbigny, 1841) and the littorinid Nodilittorina peruviana (Lamarck, 1822). In addition, the radular type is described to each species to relate it to the produced mark.

Two methods of dehydration of strawberries (Fragaria chiloensis 1 .) ha ve been studied: spray-drying and freezedrying. It has been found that the optimum sequence for the drying operation is as follows: selection/classification , washing, steaming, pulp-extraction, conditioning and freeze-drying. The efficiency over the total solids obtained with this method is 86.48% compared to 66.02% when using spray-drying. The strawberry pulp was conditioned by water dilution of 1:1. For spray-drying, the pH was adjusted to 4.1 with NaHC03 , and for capsulating purposes were used: 1% CMC and 1.60% gum arabic by weight of pul p. The perception of environmental pollution from objective public and private advertising in Peru was diagnosed. A 20-question semi-structured survey was used that was composed of three dimensions: primary information, environmental impacts and consequences, and control measures. The sample was 1,200 people and ran from May 20 to June 06, 2019. Respondents consider signs for political campaigns as the worst form of visual contamination. Graffiti has an environmental impact in cities, generating a terrible image. Digital propaganda signs generate impacts associated with glare and distraction of people, and posters are polluting elements. This work proposes the formulation of biofilms out of orange peel, using pectin as a crosslinking agent and glycerol as plasticizer. Also, it was determined the impact of the addition of bacterial cellulose obtained from the static fermentation of kombucha (Manchurian fungus) in such biofilms. It is noticeable that the orange peel has been subject previously to an extraction process by steam distillation to recover its essential oil. Experimentally it was determined that an appropriate biofilm formulation has the following mass percentages: orange peel, 15; bacterial cellulose, 5; pectin, 40; and glycerol, 40. Such biofilm showed the following property values: tension stress at break, 5.53 N/mm2 ; elongation at break, 51.60 %; and, water vapor permeability, 0.0273 g.mm/(h.kPa.m2 ). The development rates and the quality of the bovine embryos produced in vitro are lower than those produced in vivo, due to the oxidative stress to which they are subjected during their manipulation and the culture conditions. The aim of this study was to evaluate the production, cellularity and vitality of bovine blastocysts produced in vitro with different concentrations of quercetin. A total of 2108 oocytes were matured in vitro in medium 199 with 10% FBS, 5.0 μg/ml LH and 0.5 μg/ml FSH. Fertilization was carried out in TALP medium with 2x106 spermatozoa/ml.
