This study aims to know how the training processes of practicing teachers contribute to the construction of beliefs about teaching at the university. Froma qualitative methodology with agrounded theory approach, professors from public and private universities were selected through theoretical sampling. In-depth interviews were conducted to collect data whichwere analytically coded. During their university years, the student of architecture carries out several hands-on works that are essential for their academic development such as the making of models, plans, and reports that are mostly discharged later without considering their value. Therefore, the aim of this research was to analyze the management of solid waste generated in the FAUA-UPAO Architecture Program, considering the principles of the 5Rs and the recycling culture that students have. The article examines the power that the Criminal Procedure Code gives the National Police to inform the media about the identity of the accused; and analyzes if this faculty affects the right to the presumption of innocence enshrined in the Political Constitution of the State and the Code of Criminal Procedure, in order to demonstrate that, in this aspect, the guarantee of a democratic criminal system is null and has serious negative effects in the person, in terms of labeling and stigmatization for the construction of the enemy.

This study focused on evaluating the effect of mediating technologies on post-pandemic educational processes, emphasizing their essential role in enhancing interaction and cooperation between teachers and students. Although their relevance is evident, challenges persist in terms of access, quality, and evaluation of technological educational initiatives.
