Aunque las señales electromiográficas superficiales son la señal de entrada más común para los algoritmos de aprendizaje automático en aplicaciones de reconocimiento de gestos de la mano y estimación de la fuerza del dedo, sólo hay unos pocos sistemas disponibles comercialmente para la adquisición de EMG superficial. Este trabajo propone una matriz de electrodos superficiales seca, barata y fácil de fabricar. Este sistema utiliza múltiples sensores diferenciales activos integrados en una pequeña placa de circuito impreso de doble capa, cada uno de los cuales utiliza dos pequeñas áreas rectangulares de la capa inferior como capa conductora para la adquisición de la señal. Con una ganancia diferencial de 60dB entre 23 y 3000Hz y una relación de rechazo de modo común de -60dB a 60Hz. Se presentan los criterios de diseño y las simulaciones.

Paprika’s export requires optimization in terms of drying, to be competitive. The research achieved the construction of a commercial dryer 25 0kg and 1000 kg industrial, after experiencing different conditions without exceeding temperatures that can damage the labile elements, We can provide information on the importance of automation in the process of drying paprika export in Arequipa region through the accumulation of solar energy in solar collectors industrial dryers paprika. The determining parameters of the process are speed, temperature and relative humidity, moisture product also sun light, while commissioning of centrifugal fans, down time for centrifugal fans proper control and optimization in the drying process. The results were cut losses capsinas carotenoids and 10% and reduce the cost of drying 0.9 kg of dried soles pepper exportersincreasing income.

El presente trabajo presenta el estudio experimental sobre el secado por atomización con el objetivo de que tal operación reemplace las tres últimas etapas del proceso de fabricación de la bentonita activada como son: filtro rotatorio continuo al vacío, secador de horno rotatorio y el molino Raymond. Se ha logrado demostrar experimentalmente que con el secado por atomización se logra un producto que tiene un 10% de humedad y que el 100% del producto pasa la malla 200 Tyler, superando ampliamente las especificaciones comerciales de la bentonita activada.

Beef aging is a process that involves the interaction of enzymes and chemical transformations that directly influence changes in flavor and texture, which in turn can determine the sensory experience for guests. The purpose of this study was to compare, in terms of texture, the aging of beef brisket cuts through two techniques: with animal fat coating and dry aging, over a period of 21 days, and to determine the acceptability of end consumers. The cuts were stored under controlled temperature and moisture conditions (2 °C and 60 % relative moisture, respectively), with continuous monitoring to ensure food safety. Finally, they were cut into 2 cm thick steaks, fried to medium doneness with salt, and sensorially evaluated by a panel of 27 individuals. Cocoa in grain is a tropical fruit considered as a heritage in Ecuador and constitutes 60% of the premium quality in chocolates worldwide, has sensory characteristics unmatched by other producing countries. Manual drying and selection activities contain many occupational hazards, affecting the safety and well-being of the people involved in these tasks, with the ergonomic risk of an intolerable level requiring immediate intervention. This research provides safe automated mechanisms for operations through internationally validated methodologies, without affecting the sensory characteristics.

The objective of the research work was to propose a teaching method that allowed the self-management of knowledge related to the zoology of invertebrates by the students of the 3rd year of the Bachelor of Education career, comparing in-person learning vs. those not in attendance. The objective of this work is the design of a prototype of a pneumatic centrifugal concentrator that allows small-scale mining that takes place in desert and isolated places, to process ultrafine gold minerals in situ, cleanly, without the use of water and chemical reagents. We show the results of the teaching-learning experience of the Math 'Level 0' course given to the freshers at UPC who do not pass the Math 'Level Exam'. The work was based on the feedback of the learning process and it was done at the same time that the university 'methodology of competencies' was being applied. The difference was based on the feedback given on each class based on evaluations that measured their cognitive and 'procedural knowledge'(part calculus and modelling of everyday situations).
