La tesis “Análisis al Sistema Trámite Documentario y el Servicio de Atención en las Universidades Públicas de Lima Metropolitana”, el estudio responde a un diseño no experimental de corte transversal descriptiva cuantitativa porque tiene como fin investigar la influencia y los valores en que se presenta una o más variables. La población del estudio está constituida por 54 352 alumnos de las Universidades Públicas de Lima Metropolitana, la muestra fue determinada de manera probabilística obteniendo como resultado 412 alumnos a quienes se les aplicó el cuestionario. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura en las bases datos Science Direct, PubMed, SciELO, EBSCO host, Redalyc, ProQuest y Google Scholar, seguida de un metaanálisis para estimar la prevalencia combinada de Salmonella spp en canales de cerdos en plantas de beneficio del país. Se recopilaron 3007 artículos científicos, informes técnicos, trabajos de grado y presentaciones de reuniones técnicas publicados entre 2009 y 2020. Se retiraron aquellos que no cumplían con los criterios de inclusión. Se revisaron 51 estudios en detalle, seleccionando 11 documentos que se emplearon en el metaanálisis. In order to answer this question, the work team applied concepts like continuously improvement and the process map analysis ; having as a result the validation of the System Management of Academic – Administrative Quality in two academic semesters.

It is known that 33% of traffic accidents worldwide are caused by drunk driving or drowsiness [1] [2], so a drowsiness level detection system that integrates image processing was developed with the use of Raspberry Pi3 with the OpenCV library; and sensors such as MQ-3 that measures the percentage of alcohol and the S9 sensor that measures the heart rate. In addition, it has an alert system and as an interface for the visualization of the data measured by the sensors a touch screen. With the image processing technique, facial expressions are analyzed, while physiological behaviors such as heart rate and alcohol percentage are measured with the sensors. In image test training you get an accuracy of x in a response time of x seconds. On the other hand, the evaluation of the operation of the sensors in 90% effective. So the method developed is effective and feasible.

To that end, a descriptive and exploratory study was carried out, having as unit of analysis the alpaqueros (alpaca breeders), artisans, medium-scale producers and some textile managers. A documentary research was conducted to obtain qualitative and quantitative data on the production of alpaca yarn. The global consumption of ultra-processed foods (UPF) has experienced a rapid increase, particularly in developed urban environments. This trend has been associated with a rise in the prevalence of non-communicable diseases, suggesting potential risks to human health. Therefore, the study aimed to analyze trends and models of scientific production related to UPF and public health. To conduct the research, 139 documents were gathered from the Scopus database, using keywords such as "ultra-processed food" and "public health." This study proposes a model to improve identity registration service and correlates this service to the process quality and technology by means of structural equations using SPSS and AMOS. To reinforce the analysis of the information obtained from documents and records of the processes of identity registration, a 21 question survey was given to citizens coming to 1 of 16 regional headquarters, from which it was possible to demonstrate through structural equations, the existence of a strong relationship between the three variables: process quality, technology and service improvement.

In this work we carried out the mathematical modeling of the wound healing process, which is a well documented topic in medical and biological practice; but mathematically speaking there are still too much to be done for a clear understanding of the healing phenomom. Here we contribute to the mathematical modelling by using chemical kinetic concepts and mathematical tools, from which we have been able to formulate a system of ordinary differential equations of initial value, whose solution is presented graphically in front of a case study, where we have tested an active pharmaceutical principle with respect to its effectiveness. Finally, the speed of the healing process for such a case study produced an excellent agreement with experimental data that has been omitted due to confidentiality.

The present upgrading work pretends to be a document that allows the delivering of experiences got by the Industrial Engineering Faculty (FII by its acronyms in Spanish) of the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM by its acronyms in Spanish), to obtain the university accreditation. The factor denominated Academic Processes is analyzed specifically, framed as part of the development of the teaching - learning process under the principle of continuous improvement that finally had the effect to be the first school of Industrial Engineering in Peru in being internationally accredited.
