The author presents us the increasing force of the partnership between International Law and its entities by one side and the National States by the other, without impairing with its Sovereignty; and also how this process has created a surveillance and supervision praxis, focused on the possibility that State activities may affect the rights of its citizens.This article includes as well a survey on the theory and legal precedents that are most noteworthy, pointing to comprehend the passing from a subsidiary vision of the international legal order towards the national to one that is complementary, without prejudice to unpolished or unfinished aspects of the agenda. Neste artigo fazemos um esforço teórico para enfatizar a complementaridade do reducionismo e do enfoque sistêmica. Bem, a tradição científica por muito tempo acreditou que para entender algo a melhor maneira era dividindo-a, ou seja, separar suas partes para determinar como funcionam e a partir daí obter conclusões dos fatos observados. No entanto, a abordagem sistêmica é uma forma de entender relacionamentos e contextos que, claro, está interessado nas partes, mas principalmente em termos de como elas dão origem e mantêm na existência uma nova entidade que é o todo. Portanto, ambas as abordagens são complementares.

The objective of this article is to explore the communities generated on YouTube by content creators on complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). Through graph theory, visual network analysis and a broad overview of the content of selected channels, communities are examined to assess their strength as a community in terms of their degree of connectedness and density. Strong communities are composed of individuals who spread the word about the same topic and viewpoint, acting as one block. Results showed that content creators who promote CAM on YouTube have small and weak communities; in contrast, content creators related to scientific dissemination, who are against CAM, have built strong communities.

The objective of the research was to identify the effect of a complementary academic program on the improvement of entrepreneurship competence at level 1 (n1) among undergraduate students. To achieve this, an experimental program was conducted in 2020, based on the Lean Startup methodology, utilizing a quantitative, quasi-experimental approach with Solomon’s design. The sample consisted of 112 students, and the evaluation tool employed was a rubric that had been validated by a committee of experts and approved by the institution’s assessment area. A questionnaire was administered and analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney tests. The findings demonstrated an improvement in the competence and its dimensions within the experimental groups, indicating that the experimental group without a pretest exhibited superior results.

La investigación verificó si existe gestión de la información contable por medio de accruals discrecionales específicos en entidades de previsión complementaria, lo que podría ocurrir a partir de la decisión de registro contable de lasprovisiones contingentes con la intención de mejorar resultados divulgados en los estados financieros consolidados. This research explores the effect of psychological capital on self-leadership, and the mediation of mindfulness in this relationship. To such aim, structural equation modeling is used to validate the research hypothesis in a sample of 100 participants from companies from a variety of economic sectors. The results confirmed that the psychological capital maintains a positive and meaningful relationship with self- leadership and mindfulness, respectively. In addition, mindfulness maintains a positive and meaningful correlation with self-leadership. The limited access to financing for micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in the province of Maynas, Peru, is due to factors such as informality and lack of credit history, among others, which hinders their growth and competitiveness. Therefore, this research determines how business financing influences economic, market, and organizational growth in commercial companies in the province of Maynas in 2025. Using a quantitative, observational approach and a non-experimental study at the causal level, through the use of linear regression models and descriptive statistical analysis, it was found that business financing exerts a significant and positive influence on the three dimensions of growth, with a greater impact on economic (R² = 0.315) and market (R² = 0.272) growth, and a more limited influence on organizational growth (R² = 0.115).
