Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. To determine the results and test the formulated hypotheses, descriptive statistics were applied for frequency tables and graphs, as well as inferential statistics, where the correlation index was interpreted. This paper highlights the need to examine the role of a constituent assembly within a democratic and constitutional system. To this end, a detailed analysis of the issue is undertaken on the basis of doctrine and constitutional history. It is concluded that the purpose of a constituent assembly is to establish a constituent power and to reform the constitution. Constituent power is the ability of a society to create or reform fundamental rights and the structure of government. Thus, the Constituent Assembly is the way in which the people exercise this power with the aim of amending the existing constitution or creating a new one. An infant stimulation in mother-child relationship assessment scale (ISA Scale) was developed, based on a classification of probable effects on child's behavior, such as behavioral promotion stimulation (BPS) and behavioral control stimulation (BCS), refering to mother action level to promote desirable behaviors and to control socially non desirable behaviors in child's behavior repertory. 540 mother-child dyads were evaluated. The construct validity tests showed significant correlations in item analysis, between subescales along with child development measures (social maturity and aggressiveness). In Mexico, a high percentage of young people experience symptoms of generalized anxiety, which are associated with difficulties in executive functions (EF). However, previous studies have shown inconsistent results, as they often rely solely on either objective or subjective measures. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the relationship between generalized anxiety and EF using both a neuropsychological battery and a self-report questionnaire, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cognitive functioning in adolescents. In order to determine whether family functioning predicts the level of resilience in parents facing the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, a predictive and cross-sectional study was conducted on a sample of 183 parents from the department of La Libertad, who were selected under a non-probabilistic purposive sampling. Two instruments were used to collect data: Cohesion and Family Adaptability Evaluation Scale (CESF) and the Brief Resilient Coping Scale (BRC). Based on a linear regression analysis, an adequate model fit is observed (F-test = 35.924, p < .001), where, family functioning (β = .407, p < .05) is a variable that significantly predicts resilience (adjusted R2 = .161). The physicochemical and biological indices have been used in isolation; if the parameters of these indices were applied in an integrated manner, they would bring together in a single measure the functional and structural variability of the biotic and abiotic components of water quality. The aim of this study was to build a comprehensive water quality index. Some dye-sensitized solar cells were prepared using TiO2 modified with CuO (TiO2-CuO) like a working electrode. P25 commercial powder and small amounts of CuO powder were used in preparing the modified coating. The coating was deposited following doctor Blade method, on a conductive substrate SnO2:F, which was previously deposited on a TiO2 blocking layer by spray pyrolysis technique.
