Many different information technology frame-works have been proposed to assist organi-zations implementing information technol-ogy. However, these frameworks are complex, difficult to implement, and overlap with one another making their simultaneous implementation even more difficult to ac-complish by organizations. This study proposes to develop an overlap-less maturity model that helps organizations deal with the aforementioned problems. The model was applied and evaluated by experts at five organizations. This approach was recognized as useful, complete, and helpful in a multi-framework implementation by prob-lem management (PM) experts. This research provides contributions for academics since it distinguishes itself from the existing studies in the body of knowledge and is a baseline for further investigation.

Objective. The objective of the current study was to evaluate critical nutrients of industrialized foods and compare them with the technical parameters established in the Peruvian regulations, in its two stages of implementation, referring to front-of-package labeling before the beginning of its validity in June 2019. Methods. Cross-sectional study in which the critical nutrients of sodium, total sugar, saturated fat and transfat were analyzed from data declared in the nutritional labels of 511 processed and ultra-processed foods that were part of the products purchased for the consumption of 88 families of students from one private university in Lima. Este trabajo de investigación busca implementar un modelo de gestión de Lean Manufacturing, usando herramientas como VSM, SMED, Mantenimiento Autónomo, para mejorar el nivel de servicio en empresas de refinación de petróleo para reducir la brecha técnica de pérdidas monetarias a la empresa en cuestión. En cuanto a la metodología utilizada, se basa en un diseño de estudio de caso centrado en el estudio del pre-test y post-test para identificar las principales mejoras de este. Con respecto a los resultados, este estudio logró una reducción del 35% en las pérdidas de la empresa e incrementar 19 puntos porcentuales el nivel de servicio.

Moreover, its objective is to mitigate the technical gap that leads to monetary losses for the company in question. In terms of methodology, the research used a case study design focused on pre-test and post-test analyses to identify the key improvements. The Peruvian AEC industry has started implementing VDC and BIM in public projects due to recent regulations that state the progressive adoption of BIM (as a methodology) in public construction. Regardless of the benefits of these new approaches, some challenges to VDC implementation have emerged as a response to the resistance to change of the Peruvian AEC industry, which is stronger in the Peruvian public sector. The aim of this paper is to present the challenges found in the author´s VDC implementation experience in a public project, as part of the third VDC Certificate Program in Lima lead by CIFE from Stanford University. Some hospitals have started kaizen philosophy-based efforts to improve this situation. The main objective of the research is to explore the implementation of the kaizen philosophy in the above-mentioned hospitals. The research used a qualitative methodology and the case study strategy. The results show that it is feasible to optimize the Covid-19 emergency and treatment process by applying kaizen philosophy, process innovation and jidoka techniques.

This research seeks to spread the use of the Single minute exchange of die (SMED) tool. According to the literature reviewed, there are few investigations where this tool is applied in companies in the food sector. The objective of the study is to conduct an analysis of the research carried out on the implementation of the SMED tool in the food industry. A systematic review of the literature was implemented, 3 categories and 7 study subcategories were formed to analyze 30 articles published between 2015 and 2021. It was found that 64% of the articles were concentrated between 2017 and 2019, and that 43% were made in Latin America.
