Objective. To examine the mediating role of emotional dysregulation between anxiety and life satisfaction in adolescents from Metropolitan Lima (Peru). Methods. A quantitative, crosssectional, and predictive design was used. The sample, selected by convenience, included 522 adolescents (52.3% males; 47.7% females) with an average age of 15.41 years. The instruments used were the GAD-7 to measure anxiety, the SWLS to assess life satisfaction, and the EDSshort for emotional dysregulation. Data were analyzed using a structural equation model, employing the weighted least squares mean and variance adjusted (WLSMV) estimator. Results. Anxiety had a direct impact on emotional dysregulation (B = 0.67; p < 0.001) and a negative impact on life satisfaction (B = -0.12; p < 0.036). This article provides a guide that focuses on adopting a constructivist approach to analyze organizational management through the use of narrative analysis and life stories. It also highlights the relevance of personal experiences and the organizational role as sources of knowledge, provides a systematic method for data collection through shared narratives and presents various alternatives for rigorous data interpretation. The primary objective is to encourage the generation of new knowledge from the experiences and narratives of those individuals involved in the management of the organization. This significantly enriches the understanding of these phenomena and contributes novel approaches to the field of research.

This article presents keuu laughter as a fundamental element in the construction of the daily life of the Waorani people, located in the Ecuadorian Amazon. Keuu is a laughter that has the form of a scream, it is present in everyday forms of speech as well as in ancestral songs, and it is shared with the jaguar, the fundamental mythical being. This research was carried out by means of audiovisual ethnography. The video camera was part of the equipment used to observe an experience the Waorani sensitive reality. This article allows us to conclude that keuu is a performative, heartfelt and thought-out laughter, which when pronounced, it makes positive transformations in the world, contributing to the collective creation of a comfortable sociality. The general objective is to identify the socioeconomic activities and analyze how they influence the family life conditions of the Balearic Las Seagulls. The methods used are the Ethnographic, the Ethnological and the Inductive - Deductive. Regarding the techniques used were: observation, semi-structured interview and in-depth interview. This methodology served to collect qualitative data from the families that helped to understand their perceptions regarding their living conditions. En este trabajo de investigación se analizan las expectativas y roles de los adolescentes de 10 a 19 años del Distrito de Agallpampa, teniendo en cuenta sus interés y objetivos tanto en el contexto familiar y educativo en el que se desenvuelven, además de conocer su proyecto de vida que van estructurando a lo largo de su formación a través del planteamiento de objetivos, los modelos de la persona adulta a seguir, sus intereses y metas. Entre los resultados se encontraron correlaciones entre el nivel de comunicación de los hijos con los padres, la toma de decisiones y uso del tiempo libre. El presente ensayo plantea una nueva aproximación al mundo de las combis, desde una perspectiva de análisis cultural. Propone ver a las combis más que co mo medios de movilidad urbana como productos culturales ricos en transacciones simbólicas. Indaga sobre las pugnas de poder libradas por sus usuarios, que adquieren nuevos roles y discursos. Además, se presentan diálogos multiculturales producidos desde la estética, los colores y la música. Se busca entregar una primera entrada en las combis como espacios de tensión donde se producen intrincados y novedosos efectos de sentido.

Objetivos: Determinar la relación entre el Cumplimiento de roles de cuidado de pacientes dependientes en el hogar y calidad de vida del familiar cuidador. Huánuco; 2015. Métodos: El diseño fue relacional, prospectivo y transversal, con 30 cuidadores domiciliarios de los pacientes dependientes seleccionados con el muestreo no probabilístico y a quienes se aplicaron el cuestionario ICUB97©: cuidados que presta el familiar y la escala de calidad de vida del familiar cuidador y la escala de zarith . Se analizó mediante el alfa de Cronbach para un nivel de confianza 0,990 apoyándonos en el SPSS 22.0. Este estudio aborda el estado del conocimiento que poseen los adolescentes sobre los estereotipos de género, explorando cómo estos son internalizados a través de su entorno social, incluyendo la familia, la escuela y los medios de comunicación. El objetivo principal es identificar los estereotipos de género que los jóvenes adoptan y evaluar la influencia de los agentes socializadores en este proceso. Los hallazgos indican que los adolescentes internalizan estereotipos de género que limitan su desarrollo personal y profesional, como la subestimación de habilidades en áreas STEM entre las niñas y la presión hacia un modelo de masculinidad tradicional en los niños. Romantic breakups involve great psychological and emotional suffering. However, there are factors that allow subjects to achieve adequate well-being. The Dual Process Model proposes two types of tasks (loss-oriented and life-restoration-oriented) to be performed in order to cope with a breakup. Our aim is to analyse the differences in the use of these strategies depending on the gender of the individuals and their role at the onset of the breakup. The results conclude that women cope with breakups through restorative strategies. In terms of the initiator role, when the breakup is produced by mutual decision, mainly loss-focused strategies are used.

Queremos desde el comienzo plantear el estudio de la mujer andina dentro de las realidades socio-históricas de la comunidad, la familia y el entramado social de la zona; realidades en las que la vida de los Andes se manifiesta y se afirma. Al interior de ellas, el puesto que ocupa la mujer contribuye a afirmar la supervivencia del grupo familiar como base, en función de relaciones sociales de cohesión, sobre las que, al mismo tiempo, se sustenta. Es fácil, en una primera aproximación, percibir el mundo de la mujer como oculto y relegado. En el proceso productivo, las tareas asignadas a ella parecen tener un carácter puramente secundario.
