The general objective is to identify the socioeconomic activities and analyze how they influence the family life conditions of the Balearic Las Seagulls. The methods used are the Ethnographic, the Ethnological and the Inductive - Deductive. Regarding the techniques used were: observation, semi-structured interview and in-depth interview. This methodology served to collect qualitative data from the families that helped to understand their perceptions regarding their living conditions. The sample taken was 25 families, which are currently the total number of families living in Balearic Las Seagulls. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre las competencias digitales docentes y la calidad educativa de un instituto pedagógico de Lima, 2024. Corresponde a un estudio de tipo cuantitativo, por su temporalidad es transversal y diseño no experimental a nivel correlacional. Se aplico como instrumento el cuestionario, contando con la validez de 3 expertos y una confiabilidad de 0,950 para competencias digitales docentes y 0,957 para calidad educativa. La muestra lo conformó 100 docentes, que corresponde a la población total de la institución objeto de estudio.
