It has the characteristic of regulated natural monopoly. High penetration of renewable energy sources (RES) leads to new challenges for protection devices. Protection schemes are typically designed according to the dynamic behavior of rotating machines as generation sources, while the RES dynamic response, mainly governed by inverters, is not considered. The optimum parameters for this type of algorithm improve a more efficient alternative to those given by the RIP, EIGRP and OSPF routing protocols, to be applied in a data network. The relation between media and society imply constant interaction. This on going and dynamic interaction is described and explained by the framing theory. Though many authors have written on the matter, the present work makes a new contribution: it systemizes academic production and delivers an integrated outlook of the transmission process. As a matter of fact, media transmits and redefines social dialogue while influencing the perspective from where they present and define issues of public debate.

The Unified power flow controller (UPFC) is the most important contribution of the power electronics in the modern Electrical Power Systems. The UPFC is able to decouple the control of the active and reactive power sent trough the transmission line. This control is performed byinjecting in series with the transmission line a voltage with regulated magnitude and phase, generated by a PWM voltage source inverter (VSI). When the current flow in the line originate in the inverter an active and reactive power. The active part of the power require to be eithersupplied or absorbed by a device, e.g. a second inverter. In this paper, simulation result obtained with a fundamental model of UPFC connected to a simple AC transmission system, and a control system base on "dq" transformation necessary to obtained the P and Q decoupled control ispresented.

In this paper, we consider a modified SIR model, implementing a population of Pathogens interacting with a human population of Susceptibles, with which we will have 4 ordinary differential equations in our system. The objective of this work is to analyze the stability of the disease free point (local and global) and the endemic equilibrium point (local) of this mathematical model. In addition, numerical simulations to the model are presented to contrast the effects of nonlinear transmission rates and other parameters.

Objective: To analyze the spatio-temporal characteristics of malaria transmission in the Loreto region. Methods: We carried out a time series study, and the weekly incidence of malaria in Loreto in the last 20 years (2000-2019) was analyzed using data from the Epidemiological Surveillance System of the Ministry of Health. In this research is analyzed COVID-19 transmission by thermodynamic and energy balance between geographic areas and its correlation with possible COVID-19 transmission between 2 persons at least. In order to achieve parameters for medical doctors, as for example the minimal distance among two infected people, who have this virus, there were designed mathematical models that were based in statistical data to get information of COVID-19 propagation as the dependence on temperature of geographic areas, moreover the thermal effect of the minimal distance between two people avoiding COVID-19 infection.
