"Actividades de Contratación Estatal y Ejecución Presupuestaria en la Universidad Nacional del Altiplano", periodo 2021 - 2022” propuso analizar la correspondencia entre los procesos de las actividades de contrataciones en el Estado y el proceso de ejecución de presupuesto en el año 2021 - 2022 en la situación de inestabilidad política. La investigación se realizó sobre una población de 20 empleados de la Dirección General de Administración utilizando un diseño básico, no experimental y correlacional; la contratación estatal y la ejecución presupuestaria son aspectos a tener en cuenta. La radiación atmosférica natural está compuesta por rayos cósmicos secundarios producidos por la incidencia de rayos cósmicos primarios que golpean la atmósfera. Este trabajo de tesis, básicamente trató de la medición de radiaciones específicamente la de neutrones, y el posterior modelamiento de las mismas a partir del método de Montecarlo. Al medir y modelar la cantidad de rayos que inciden en la atmosfera en ciudades que se encuentran en altura, como la ciudad de Puno, permitirá determinar los efectos de tales rayos sobre los circuitos integrados que operan en casi todos los equipos utilizados en la actualidad. The main objective on this research is the development of finding the optimal parameters for a routing algorithm for network routers based on the ant algorithm described as AntNet. The optimum parameters for this type of algorithm improve a more efficient alternative to those given by the RIP, EIGRP and OSPF routing protocols, to be applied in a data network. This shall be tested in two networks and routers defined, taking the same characteristics for the three groups: RIP, OSPF and by the result provided by the genetic algorithm implemented using a static network. The system recognizes the best path between networks of routers, based on the principle of AntNet networks or networks of ants, which are the best way from exploring almost all roads, using estimergia to go there and make optimal.
