The adoption of the ISAs, to Mexico and other countries, has benefits and problems that are seen as areas of opportunity, such a regulation is considered a worldwide standard, with a greater degree of rigor and universality, which aims to contribute to the global financial stability and offset the volatility that accompanies globalization, but also requires an assessment of regulations and legislation in the country to turn, allow the full implementation of these standards. The World Health Organization defines smoking as a chronic addictive disease widespread worldwide. It represents one of the greatest threats to public health, affecting children, youth and adults. It is estimated, that there are 1.300 million smokers in the world and about 80% of these live in countries where there is a high rate of morbidity and mortality associated with tobacco mainly in adult consumers. In particular, the consumption of tobacco among young university students is evident and worrisome. Different authors in the world have raised factors for tobacco use among adolescents and young adults. Such studies argue that the habit of smoking usually begins during adolescence and consolidates in the university stage. Smoking in parents, relatives, and friends is a factor, perhaps the most remarkable, which is associated with the acquisition of smoking as a habit.

This article covers some practical aspects of domestic contractual regulation under Peruvian Civil Code Chapter X. For this purpose, this article deals with some problematic aspects that could arise from the application of each one of the categories under article 2095 of Peruvian Civil Code, such as what is an applicable law, the place of performance of the contract and the place of subscription. In this context, this article covers the scope of what is an applicable law in contracts, some invalid agreement on applicable law, some problems related with the place of performance and the place of subscription of contracts.

International immigration with different reasons such as education and citizenship is by no means a new phenomenon in the modern global world. Nevertheless, intense immigration was sparked and had serious implications, especially for European countries like France after the year 2010, which marked the start of the revolution in Tunisia and the birth of such a phenomenon as the Arab spring. In this article we analyze the semantics of the "regional society", which has been established as a widely spread assumption to the conceptualization of the social specificity of Latin America. This semantics considers that geographical and spatial limits are significant for the delimitation of social realities. In this way, it allows us to distinguish between internal and external realities, recognizing their simultaneous value for understanding the social dynamics that unfold in the region. Indeed, it is possible to reconstruct the diversity of theorizations about Latin America as alternative ways in which the links between the internal and the external have been conceived. The present article examines the dynamics and the role played by the Peruvian Society of International Law (PSIL) in its early years within the diplomatic and legal context of the region. The hypothesis suggests that during this period, the SPDI was influenced by two interrelated dynamics: the rise of the United States as a regional hegemony and Peru’s efforts to find a solution to the Pacific problem and the return of Tacna and Arica. In this logic, the United States established different Societies of International Law as a mechanism of continental legal power, and Peru joined this trend through the PSIL, finding in American initiatives various coincidences with its own Peruvian objectives in legal matters, which could help solve its border problems with Chile between the years 1913-1928.
