The biological action of Clonostachys sp on Meloidogyne incognita in Plukenetia volubilis was evaluated under controlled conditions at the Research Institute of the Peruvian Amazon. We used 15 strains of Clonostachys obtained from the library of IIAP-San Martín. The endophytic capacity of Clonostachys sp collected from Plukenetia volubilis seedlings was evaluated, as well as the influence of Clonostachys sp as a growth promoter. In addition, the biological action of Clonostachys sp on Meloidogyne incognita was determined in Plukenetia volubilis, and the capacity Of Clonostachys to induce tolerance in seedlings of Plukenetia volubilis. The present study is studied the application of Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and Carbopol in the development of controlled release tablets of sodium Diclofenac. Controlled release tablets of sodium Diclofenac of 100 mg were formulated based on hydrophilic matrices, Hydroxypropylmethylcelullose METHOCELTM K15M and Carbopol 974P. Eigth formulations of Hydroxypropylmethylcelullose and Carbopol 974P tablets were designed, according to a factorial design. Se evaluó la acción biológica de Clonostachys sp sobre Meloidogyne incognita en Plukenetia volubilis, bajo condiciones controladas en el Instituto de Investigaciones de la Amazonía Peruana. El presente trabajo de tesis se orientó al diseño de un algoritmo de corte con penetración controlada con bisturí, empleando un manipulador robótico. Este algoritmo utiliza como variable controlada, la profundidad de corte, empleada para medir el grado de penetración del bisturí, y como señal de control usa la referencia de rapidez angular enviada al servomotor que ejerce el movimiento vertical del efector final del manipulador robótico. Objectives: To present our experience with embryo freezing-unfreezing. Setting: Assisted Reproduction Medical Service and Laboratory, Clinica Ricardo Palma. Design: Clinical retrospective study. Design was applied in randomized complete block 4 x 2 factorial arrangement (4 x 2 ecotypes methods) with four (4) replications and eight (8) treatments. Krapfia weberbaueriStandl. & J. F. Macbr. is an endemic species from Peru, categorized as vulnerable, and distributed in the departments of Ancash, Huanuco, Junin and San Martin. This work reports the reproductive development of the species under controlled conditions of light and temperature (12 hours light/12 hours darkness, 12 °C during light hrs and 8 °C during dark hrs). Entire plants at reproductive stage were collected at Cordillera Blanca (Ancash), where it is found forming patches, at an elevation of 4200 to 4800 m. The species has large and showy flowers, which from anthesis to the onset of senescence remain responsive, however at a greater extent in the mature flower, stage at which the dehiscence of stamens and release of pollen grains reaches 100%. La chicha de guiñapo (ChG) es una bebida ancestral de la cultura y gastronomía de Arequipa, Perú. Esta bebida tradicional se elabora a partir de maíz morado (Zea mays L.), cultivado en diversas regiones del Perú.
