Globalization and changing lifestyles are generating new forms of tourism, including visits to short break destinations. The objective of this study is to propose a definition of short break destinations and to present the dimensions of the attractiveness of tourist destinations. The methodology consisted of reviewing the literature of 64 academic publications. The result shows the determinants that should be considered in the definition of short break destination and the following dimension are proposed: 1) naturals resources, 2) cultural and historical resources, 3) social factors, 4) tourist services and 5) infrastructure.

Tests have been conducted for paperboard from waste paper. The concentrations by weight of waste paper was 0.5%, O. 7%, 1% and 2%. The board obtained was tested for tensile strength. The results indicate that the yield strength decreases with the pulp concentration whereas rupture length erratic behavior.

This paper introduces the reader into the interdisciplinary nature of environmental law, through the review of a case of green areas ecosystem degradation by Lima’s city urban growth. The authors show the usefulness of using history, urban planning, environmental policy, environmental management tools, criminal prosecution, among other disciplines, in order to apply the legislation in a coherent manner and oriented to contribute to the common well-being. The integration of these multiple approaches in the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, allows fi nancing for projects help overcome the challenges in order to reconcile urban growth and urban green areas conservation.

The author of this essay analyzes the right to lunch break based on the approach made through the preliminary project of the Labor Code proposed by the Executive Branch, and focuses on developing the scope of the right to a work break as a stand-alone definition of lunch break since it refers not only to consuming food, especially to having lunch, but to developing a space for personal interaction that allows employees to continue with their work activities after the time given by employers for food consumption. While it is recognized that the right to work break does not have a direct constitutional reference, it is worth noting that it comes from the sum of the fundamental rights to dignity and health. Objective: To demonstrate that the Ilo province, not being capital, centralizes private investment, employment and added value; more than in other 19 districts of Moquegua region in the period 2001 – 2019. Method: It is a basic, explanatory, non-experimental study, the economic censuses of 2001 and 2008 are analyzed data from the Central Reserve Bank of Peru, the National Institute of Statistics and Informatics and the statisticians R, R2, and ANOVA were applied, in the SPSS 25 and Eviews 10 Software. Results: Ilo in 1940 had 1656 inhabitants and 66,876 in 2018, in 78 years it has multiplied by 40. The number of banks is higher than in 18 districts. In this work we review the symmetry breaking mechanism of gauge theories. On the first chapters of this thesis, we review the concept of symmetry as the action of a group that leaves an object invariant, in particular Lagrangians and actions, and then develop the corresponding globally and gauge symmetric theories and the relationship between them. It also reviewed the concept and general framework of the spontaneous breaking of a symmetry for renormalizable potentials. Correspondingly, two main results for global symmetries, Noether’s theorem and Goldstone’s Theorem, are reviewed in a general setting. Chapter 3 is the most important part of this work. This article develops the legal nature of corporations by establishing that their nature is dual and complementary, how their evolution has been, the types of corporations and their regulatory treatment. This research paper analyses how the digitalization of production processes affects the variables of working time and occupational health. It focuses on the flexibility of the working day and its impact on new digital work environments. Flexibility is used to create models of irregular distribution of working time. The study seeks to fairly apply working time regulations, avoiding denaturalizing the legal limits of the working day and ensuring that there are no negative effects on occupational health and safety. It also addresses practical problems arising from the confusion between working time and the private life of workers.
