Happiness is one of the effective characteristics in human existence that the human soul and body have received many effects from this emotional aspect of human beings. Although psychologists' definitions of the causes and factors of happiness are different, but everyone agrees on one basis, and that is the essential need of the individual and society to strengthen the dimension of happiness and vitality in human beings, and that this feature can lead to prosperity and growth. Provide progress in the individual and society. This article confirms that the teachings of Jalaluddin Mohammad Rumi seek to provide a bed of happiness, with the difference that happiness is different from the view of Rumi as a religious mystic with the views of other greats. This research intends to study happiness and vitality on the basis of spiritual Masnavi. Access to Rumi's thoughts and ideas is important bec...

The goal of the present work is to study some properties and applications of the Gamma Function, denoted by Γ. Initially, we use the Lebesgue Integral Theory in order to prove that the improper integral given by Γ is convergent. We describe the extended domain property of Γ, and we also deduce some elementary properties. We present two different ways of proving that B(x, y) = Γ(x)Γ(y)/Γ(x+y) , where B is the Beta Function. Finally, we include some applications of the Gamma Function, between them some serve up as tools on Reliability Engineering.

The aim of this study was to characterize the semen of the Peruvian Hairless Dog. Fifteen males, aged 1 to 5 years, registered by the Kennel Club Peruano were used to collect semen (one ejaculated per male) by digital manipulation. A basic spermatogram was performed and macroscopic (volume and colour) and microscopic (sperm motility and concentration, using light field microscopy) characteristics were recorded. Additionally, sperm function tests were performed: sperm viability (using SYBR-14 and propidium iodide), mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP, using MitoTraker Deep Red FM), and acrosomal integrity (using FITC-PSA and propidium iodide) and analysed by flow cytometry with image analysis. The following values were found (mean ± 95% CI): 6.1 ± 2.7 ml volume, opalescent colour; 66.7 ± 10.5% motility; 262.7 ± 20.4 x 106 sperm/ml sperm concentration; 77.7 ± 9.7% of sperm via...

This study describes the axiological model of the technological package as a pre-patentable foundation of innovation, designed to articulate the value dimensions underpinning validation, transfer, and potential impact on preventive health. A descriptive, non-experimental study with a qualitative–analytical approach was conducted through structured documentary review and hermeneutic content analysis. The results present a systemic model that integrates ethical, technical, and social principles, structuring the innovation process from need identification to product commercialization and maintenance. This framework demonstrates that axiological coherence provides the technical robustness, sustainability, and social relevance required for responsible biotechnological innovation. The study concludes that the axiological foundation enables the transformation of scientific knowledge into pre-...

This research has led to construct an artificial neural network ARN with Radial Basis Function, and using Mahalanobis distance RND, for improving the quality of process design, which have performed better than those obtained with the for traditional statistical analysis of design of experiments and other RNA that already exist, for cases that are working with several independent and dependent variables in which its relations are not linear. It also allows with the RND obtain input parameters to achieve a desired level of quality, for it applies a methodology that uses RNAReverse and Direct at once.

This paper is concerned with traveling wave solutions for a delayed reaction-diffusion SVIR epidemic model that includes both general incidence function and imperfect vaccination. In the model, the spread of infection in space is explicitly taken into account by using a heterogeneous environment; it takes into consideration the delay in immune response and inefficiency in vaccinations. The analysis carried out below shows that the basic reproduction number Ro will be a critical value for determining the existence of traveling waves. More precisely, when Ro > 1 there exists a minimal wave speed ρ* > 0 such that the system admits nontrivial traveling wave solutions for ρ ≥ ρ* whereas no such solutions exist for ρ < ρ*. On the other hand, if Ro ≤ 1, there are no traveling wave solutions. The introduction of delays and imperfect vaccination adds richness and complexity to t...

The present study tries to clearly formulate the syntactic concepts necessary to understand and interpret classical Latin texts, as well as philosophical, historical or literary texts, compulsory in university humanistic studies. The study of the Latin language entails the conjunction of two essential aspects of language: its morphology (regarding Latin, with its nominal, adjectival and pronominal declensions, as well as the paradigms of verb conjugations) and syntax, that is, the characteristic rules of its structure, its expressions, and its possibilities. In this study we do not take into account the morphological rules as they are already known. We formulate instead the syntactic combinations of the four essential grammatical categories: the noun, the adjective, the verb and the adverb. We go in depth in the peculiarity of each function, as well as other syntactic forms that can also p...

This article intends to analyze treatment and functions assigned to the penalty by our Peruvian Constitution and the way this legal institution is conducted at the prescribed basic penalty level (imposed by the legislator ineach type of criminal offence), the specific penalty level (imposed by the judge according to its individual characteristics in each case) and at the penitentiary enforcement level. Finally recommends some considerations for carrying out a possible legislative reform in accordance with a criminal policy plan within our constitutional framework.

The course of history Prehispanic Peru in primary and secondary levels of Basic Education , by having a large amount of information, must not only be theoretical, needs to be complemented with visits to museums and archaeological sites where students may come into direct contact with those elements that they can afford archaeological using manipulation and observation to describe, compare, analyze and understand its functionality, techniques used in its preparation, degree of difficulty and the possible thought that men and women had to time of its preparation. This analysis allows us to conduct a more comprehensive learning, that through experimentation can better understand the process of cultural development of ancient peoples. To do so requires the knowledge of some basic methods and techniques of archeology, especially experimental and through this you can make reproductions of vari...

Legitimacy of criminal sanction is originated on its own purposes pursued in a state governed by the Rule of Law. That legitimacy should include the penalty as well as security measures, bearing in mind that both are imposed to someone breaking a rule of conduct, and therefore, someone capable to do it. Reviewing penal capacity or criminal liability concepts is required because if penal capacity means the capacity to understand the reality and adjust the behavior to it, and if every legitimate criminal sanction have to be imposed to someone who have the capacity of break it, then security measures also have to be imposed only to people responsible, capable to understand rules and act in accordance. With regard to people not subject to criminal liability they are standing outside Criminal Law and punish them would be illegitimate. In this line, criminal liability should be seen not only a...

Human high-altitude (HA) adaptation or mal-adaptation is explored to understand the physiology, pathophysiology, and molecular mechanisms that underlie long-term exposure to hypoxia. Here, we report the results of an analysis of the largest whole-genome-sequencing of Chronic Mountain Sickness (CMS) and nonCMS individuals, identified candidate genes and functionally validated these candidates in a genetic model system (Drosophila). We used PreCIOSS algorithm that uses Haplotype Allele Frequency score to separate haplotypes carrying the favored allele from the noncarriers and accordingly, prioritize genes associated with the CMS or nonCMS phenotype. Haplotypes in eleven candidate regions, with SNPs mostly in nonexonic regions, were significantly different between CMS and nonCMS subjects. Closer examination of individual genes in these regions revealed the involvement of previously identifi...
