The aim of the study was to describe the intellectual function of working memory capacity (WMC) in university students from a case study. The study was conducted from June to July 2022 and in a random probabilistic way, six research seed students belonging to the National University "San Luis Gonzaga" (Ica, Peru) were selected. The WMC analysis was done through two types of didactic games (DG) with different degrees of complexity: 1st) the Divinance of colored cubes and 2nd) the marking and recognition of three sea shells between a total number of 100 shells. This master thesis is devoted to the state estimation of a particular form of PDE systems, coupled parabolic PDEs with spatial dependent coefficients. This form of PDEs represent some dynamic systems such as Tubular Reactors, Diffusion in lithium-ion cells and Diffusive Gradient in Thin Films sensor. Other methods for this problem use "Backstepping" observers, in which the estimation error system is transformed into another system that is stable, reducing the problem to calculate the Kernel functions making the transformation possible. This case report highlights the dental rehabilitation of a patient with controlled diabetes mellitus, emphasizing the importance of oral health in overall well-being. The treatment involved periodontal therapy, fixed and removable prostheses, and precision attachments to restore aesthetics and masticatory function. Significant improvements in oral health, function, and quality of life were achieved, along with stabilization of periodontal health after five months of follow-up. The case underscores the role of proper masticatory function in preventing malnutrition, especially in diabetic patients, where poorly controlled oral health can exacerbate systemic conditions. An interdisciplinary approach is critical in addressing both functional and aesthetic needs, improving both oral and systemic health outcomes for diabetic patients.

The objective of this work is the re-identification of the process model that is used in existing predictive controllers (MPC) using closed-loop operation data. The controller is assumed to have a two-layer structure, where in the upper layer a simple economic optimization algorithm determines a set of optimal steady-state values ("targets"), which are passed to the MPC for implementation. This is the case for several commercial MPC packages applied in the industry. This paper focuses on the case where the model represents significant benefits in the MPC re-commissioning procedure. Any discussion about gender violence, over the last decade in Argentina and especially in the province of Cordoba, has gained social visibility. In the first part, we will analyze, briefly, the most important legal reforms in Argentina about gender violence and in particular the incorporation of femicide. In the second part, we will focus on a legal proposal concerning juries that in the province of Cordoba have the jurisdiction to decide femicide. We conclude that it is possible to control a previously and posterior stereotype on gender in relation to the decision regarding its use.

The process of the transfer of forestry functions, which began in 2009, was not completed; 15 Regional Governments have yet to assume the functions of monitoring and control; as well as administration and control of the forestry and wildlife resource (RFFS acronym in Spanish), provided for in the Organic Law of Regional Government (Article 51°). The present article discusses the constitutionality of the system for eliminating bureaucratic barriers implemented by the Comisión de Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas (CEB) and the Sala de Eliminación de Barreras Burocráticas (SEL) of INDECOPI. It demonstrates that these entities do not engage in strict constitutional review but are limited to declaring the illegality or unreasonableness of bureaucratic barriers without repealing the underlying norms. Thus, they do not assume jurisdictional functions nor conduct a proper constitutional review of general administrative provisions and administrative acts. Instead, they ensure the legality and reasonableness of administrative regulation, coexisting with other forms of constitutional control such as the popular action and diffuse control.

In 14 women with cervical factor infertility functional postcoital tests preovulatory 30 days, with accurate counts of spermatozoa in mucus cervicaI and intrauterine contents were made. The values are compared with the breasts of 19 women, multiparous. A normal patient and two infertile were followed with serial through a full cycle. Exact quantification of mucus crystallization, made by a new method, proved to be a good criterion for evaluating the cervical penetrability. A intracervical level infertile group results were not significantly different from controls; a slight decrease of mobile sperm directional no practical value. By contrast, intrauterine level in infertile sperm group were detected in only 7 of the 30 cases with very low concentrations; in the control group were 18 of 19 cases.
