Legitimacy of criminal sanction is originated on its own purposes pursued in a state governed by the Rule of Law. That legitimacy should include the penalty as well as security measures, bearing in mind that both are imposed to someone breaking a rule of conduct, and therefore, someone capable to do it. O objetivo é identificar as metáforas conceptuais no discurso docente e classificá-las em relação à tipologia proposta por Lakoff e Johnson (1980); além disso, pretende-se detetar os esquemas de imagem descritos por Evans e Green (2006) e determinar a sua função no discurso, de acordo com a proposta de Goatly (1997). Metodologicamente, o estudo é de âmbito descritivo e de abordagem qualitativa. O registo do discurso foi efectuado de acordo com os parâmetros de variação propostos por Calsamiglia e Tusón (2001). In Mexico, a high percentage of young people experience symptoms of generalized anxiety, which are associated with difficulties in executive functions (EF). However, previous studies have shown inconsistent results, as they often rely solely on either objective or subjective measures. Therefore, this study focused on analyzing the relationship between generalized anxiety and EF using both a neuropsychological battery and a self-report questionnaire, in order to provide a more comprehensive understanding of cognitive functioning in adolescents. A quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, correlational, and explanatory design was employed. The aim of the study was to propose a mathematical model with bias and coefficients of influence in the theoretical relationship of scientific thought: analysis from the larval bio-regulator Gambusia punctata Poey, 1854. The study was conducted between January and April 2024. The mathematical model is based on the independent variable (-Vi), the dependent variable (-Vd), a control coefficient (m), and an exponential function (e-Vd). A coefficient (s) that adjusts the initial bias is considered.
