Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) sigue siendo uno de los patógenos más mortales a nivel mundial, a pesar de ser una enfermedad prevenible. La tuberculosis (TB) se trata con una combinación de cuatro medicamentos antituberculosos de primera línea: rifampicina (RIF), isoniacida, pirazinamida y etambutol, para cepas sensibles a los medicamentos. Entre estos, la RIF es uno de los agentes más potentes para controlar la enfermedad. Sin embargo, la resistencia a la RIF conlleva la aparición de casos de TB resistente a la RIF (RR-TB) o multidrogo resistente (MDR-TB). El mecanismo principal de resistencia implica mutaciones en el gen rpoB, que es responsable de aproximadamente el 95% de los casos. We tend to see objectification as a negative act in clinical practice, yet Svenaeus makes us reflect that it has in fact allowed for a better understanding of the functioning and composition of the body. In this article, from his epistemological proposal, we will address the good and the bad forms of objectification in the nutritional practice of adolescents with large bodies by using visualization technologies, specifically electrical bioimpedance. Finally, from a hermeneutics and phenomenology standpoint, we propose that in nutritional practice, in addition to treating the biological body, we also treat the lived body of adolescents, based on listening to and understanding their being/existence in the world.

Addressing school climate and violence in schools requires school management skills. The 2011 School Violence Act in Chile promulgated the mandatory creation of the school climate coordinator (SCC). However, the law did not establish a defined profile, specific functions, or working hours for the SCC, and only recently have school administrators given SCCs more time for this position. This has created a flexible operating framework for the position, which could have implications in terms of the labor identity of the SCCs. This exploratory study employed a qualitative case study. An exploratory focus group was conducted with the school climate committee and three in-depth interviews with the SCC of one municipal school. The objective of this work is to identify how the impacts of the Truth Commissions Reports in Chile and Ecuador have promoted compliance with comprehensive reparation measures and their relationship with the construction of the Culture of Peace (CP). Two studies were carried out: the first one, whose objective was to design and validate the content, an instrument to measure the perception of a culture of peace. The second one seeks to evaluate the knowledge of integral reparation measures as an intervening variable between the attitudes towards the work of the Commissions and the state functions of the CP. The implications of the lack of compliance with comprehensive reparation measures and their relationship with the construction of CP in post-conflict societies are discussed.

El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en identificar cómo los impactos de los Informes de Comisiones de Verdad en Chile y Ecuador han promovido el cumplimiento de medidas de reparación integral y su relación con la construcción de la Cultura de Paz (CP). Se realizaron dos estudios: el primero, cuyo objetivo fue diseñar y validar el contenido un instrumento para medir la percepción de cultura de paz. El segundo, busca evaluar el conocimiento de medidas de reparación integral como variable interviniente entre las actitudes al trabajo de las Comisiones y las funciones estatales de CP. Se discuten las implicancias de la falta de cumplimiento de medidas de reparación integral y su relación con la construcción de CP en sociedades posconflictos.

The human development and quality of life of the Colombian designer in light of the Comprehensive Policy for the Creative Economy promoted by the Colombian state are analyzed in this article. Following what is established by the capabilities approach, a reflection is made about the attention that Public Policy has on the functioning and capabilities that allow Colombian designers to improve their quality of life through their professional activity. Thanks to the analysis of multiple legal documents under the capabilities approach, it is concluded that the lack of attention to the person and their professional circumstances is a great gap in the state strategy that must be filled in a timely manner, particularly the central capacity of Affiliation.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo la valorización melisopalinológica, físico-química, sensorial de miel y contenido polínico obtenido por Apis mellifera, en base a oferta floral de cinco pisos altitudinales de la cuenca del rio Mayo, San Martín durante los años 2015, 2016 y 2017. El análisis melisopalinológico refiere la metodología de Louveaux y acetólisis de Erdtman para identificación a nivel de familia de granos de polen; el color de mieles mediante índice de cromaticidad, azúcares reductores por cromatografía líquida.
