El presente trabajo de investigación, que lleva por título “COMERCIO INFORMAL Y LOS COMPONENTES DETERMINANTES PARA LA FORMALIZACIÓN DE LOS COMERCIANTES DE LA “ASOCIACIÓN DE COMERCIANTES FERIA DEL ALTIPLANO” DEL DISTRITO DE WANCHAQ, CUSCO PERIODO 2016” tiene por objeto establecer cuáles son los componentes determinantes que contribuyen a la práctica del comercio informal de la “Asociación de comerciantes feria del altiplano” del distrito de Wanchaq Cusco periodo 2016. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) are independent methodologies, that can be used and developed freely, but can be an important enhancer when you want to achieve innovation if they work together. The objective of this article is to present an analysis of the customers’ requirements in a product manufactured with biodegradable materials, the output result when applying the QFD was the quality critic related to toxicity, while the input information for the matrix TRIZ’s technical contradictions were the translation of the quality critic to one of the 39 technical design parameters, corresponding to parameter 30 (Harmful factors acting on the object from outside), being considered as the transfer point between the methodologies thus achieving the integration of both.

El chincho (Tagetes elliptica Sm) es una hierba aromática de la sierra del Perú, normalmente utilizada como aditivo culinario, aparte de esta resaltante propiedad, en algunos casos es utilizada para fines terapéuticos, lo que aparentemente evidencia que posee otras propiedades. Con el fin ampliar la información sobre las propiedades funcionales de esta hortaliza, se planteó investigar los componentes antioxidantes: vitamina C y flavonoides, para ello se plantearon los siguientes objetivos: determinar el contenido de vitamina C (por espectrofotometría), flavonoides 3-hidroxilo en extractos acuoso y etenólico (por espectrofotometría), y el contenido de catequinas en las hojas del chincho (por HPLC). Este trabajo versa sobre una denuncia presentada por la Asociación de Consumidores Indignados Perú (ACIP) contra La Rosa Náutica S.A. por presuntamente atentar lo estipulado en el artículo 38° del Código de Protección y Defensa del Consumidor. En tanto, se habría detectado que la denunciada entregaba dos cartas distintas a los comensales, cartas con precios a los varones y sin precios a las mujeres. Mediante Resolución N° 0271-2019/CC2, la Comisión de Protección al Consumidor declaró infundada la denuncia, puesto que no se acreditó actos discriminatorios. El proceso de Registro de Asegurados es un mecanismo, a través del cual se realiza la transferencia de información desde las aseguradoras hacia a la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud. La información contiene los datos asociados a una persona que cuenta con algún seguro de salud que se envía a través de archivos planos donde la información que se remite se encuentran definidos bajo criterios estructurales de posicionamiento, luego estos datos son extraídos, validados, procesados y almacenados en los repositorios de la Superintendencia. Currently there is a great demand for food products containing functional properties and/or bioactive compounds. One of the fruits that has been widely studied is the murta (Ugni molinae), which appears to contain various beneficial health properties. This review compiles scientific information on the functional and beneficial properties of murta for human health, such as the main components associated with anti-inflammatory activity, antimicrobial activity, antioxidant activity, nutritional composition, other uses of murta, economic aspects, and current and future challenges of murta, all based on updated scientific work.

The contribution of executive functions (EF) in the academic achievement gaps associated with socioeconomic status (SES) has been a recurring research topic, especially during the preschool stage; However, it is not so frequent during primary training, taking into account that the EF have a late development and a potential plasticity during this period that make them sensitive to the experiences of the environment. El presente trabajo de investigación muestra los significados del Cuidado desde la Perspectiva Transcultural, que tienen las enfermeras que laboran en los consultorios de Crecimiento y Desarrollo de los Centros de Salud de la Dirección de Salud V Lima-Ciudad. Tuvo como objetivos conocer el significado del cuidado desde la perspectiva Transcultural, caracterizar el cuidado que brindan las enfermeras y analizar la relación entre ambos. Como sustento teórico fue enmarcado dentro de la teoría de Madeleine Leininger. We extend the class of M-tests for a unit root analyzed by Perron and Ng (1996) and Ng and Perron (1997) to the case where a change in the trend function is allowed to occur at an unknown time. These tests M(GLS) adopt the GLS detrending approach of Dufour and King (1991) and Elliott, Rothenberg and Stock (1996) (ERS). Following Perron (1989), we consider two models: one allowing for a change in slope and the other for both a change in intercept and slope. We derive the asymptotic distribution of the tests as well as that of the feasible point optimal tests PT(GLS) suggested by ERS. The asymptotic critical values of the tests aretabulated. Also, we compute the non-centrality parameter used for the local GLS detrending that permits the tests to have 50% asymptotic power at that value. La gonartrosis es una alteración articular degenerativa que afecta con mayor frecuencia a adultos mayores, generando dolor persistente, rigidez y limitación en las actividades funcionales. En los servicios de terapia física, se ha evidenciado que esta condición no solo compromete estructuras articulares y musculoesqueléticas, sino que también puede estar influenciada por factores psicológicos, entre ellos la catastrofización ante el dolor.
