We report the case of coinfection of SARS-CoV-2 and dengue virus, serotype 1 (DENV-1) in Peru, both infections confirmed through molecular techniques. In an adult patient from northern Peru, with good clinical evolution. With this unusual presentation, due to the coincidence of the critical course of dengue with the hyperinflammatory process of COVID-19.

Social innovation is recognized by multilateral organizations as a way to cope creatively and collaboratively with social demands that are not satisfied, neither from the public nor from the private. This challenge requires management reliable relationship between actors with diverse and sometimes conflicting interests. In this sense, the social function of public relations (PR) can provide an important service to prevent resistance to social changes that involve innovation processes. The literature consulted shows that theorizations on social innovation, recommend cultivating relational capital and theories and models PR provide methods and techniques to reliably achieve said capital. Trypanosomatids are a group of kinetoplastid parasites including some of great public health importance, causing debilitating and life-long lasting diseases that affect more than 24 million people worldwide. Among the trypanosomatids, Trypanosoma cruzi, Trypanosoma brucei and species from the Leishmania genus are the most well studied parasites, due to their high prevalence in human infections. These parasites have an extreme genomic and phenotypic variability, with a massive expansion in the copy number of species-specific multigene families enrolled in host-parasite interactions that mediate cellular invasion and immune evasion processes. El presente informe jurídico tiene por finalidad analizar el razonamiento que tuvo la Sala Superior en relación al artículo 41 del Decreto Legislativo No. 1017 en virtud a la Resolución No. 10 del Expediente No. 00291-2021-0-1817-SP-CO-02. Principalmente discutiremos si es correcto, como consideró la Sala Superior, que cualquier controversia vinculada a un adicional de obra se encuentra prohibido de ser sometida a un proceso arbitral, o por el contrario, conforme a la postura que defenderemos, si estamos ante una interpretación errada, debido a que la referida prohibición solo excluye de la arbitrabilidad a cuestiones controvertidas vinculadas a adicionales no aprobados o la decisión de aprobar dichos adicionales. La infección por el virus del SARS-CoV 2, causante de la enfermedad COVID-19, se caracteriza por un proceso inflamatorio generalizado, puede complicar el estado clínico del paciente y llevarlo a la muerte. Objetivo: Relacionar la severidad de la neumonía por SARS-CoV 2 (SCORE CXR), con el valor de glicemia de ingreso en pacientes con diabetes mellitus tipo 2. Método: Estudio observacional, de cohorte retrospectivo, evaluando la totalidad de pacientes ingresados en el servicio de Medicina Interna/Unidad de COVID, Hospitalización con diabetes tipo 2 y neumonía por COVID-19, durante el periodo marzo – septiembre 2021. Resultados: El 62,9% de los pacientes presentó una glucemia alterada con una media de 242,1368. El trabajo describe la progresiva co-rrosión del principio dispositivo producida en el ordenamiento procesal portugués desde 1926 y la correspondiente imposición de un proceso civil fundado en el contrapuesto principio inquisitorio. Para ello, analiza la evolución de las sucesivas leyes procesales portuguesas, desde el Código liberal de 1876 hasta el “nuevo” Código de processo civil de 2013 que ha llegado al límite de no hacer ya referencia alguna al principio dispositivo.

The purpose of this article is to reflect on the implications of recognizing the intrinsic value of life in forests and, to this end, it proposes a forestry vision beyond timber; it takes as a reference the contributions of the Colombian philosopher Carlos Maldonado and complements them with the contributions of the process "Towards a new Forestry Policy for Peru" in which the author acted as a systematiser. It is found that the denomination of forest resources obeys an economicist conception sustained by a disjunctive form of human relationship with forests. The currents of nature conservation indicate that there is a biocentric turn that overcomes the anthropocentric ethic that has prevailed to date. Vasculitis is a rare disease in children, with IgA Vasculitis being its most common presentation. One condition that has been associated with the development of vasculitis is the invasion of the vascular endothelium by Strongyloides stercoralis in cases of hyperinfestation. Another condition that is not yet under-researched is the likely association of IgA vasculitis-like processes with SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19 infection itself. In December 2019, a new virus appeared in Wuhan (China), SARS-CoV-2, the origin of the disease called COVID-19 that has currently caused a pandemic that devastates the planet. Globally, the scientific community is dedicating all its efforts to understand the virus, the disease and to find solutions that will lead the world out of this nightmare. This article reviews the data on the evolution of the disease, describes the biological processes that cause the major part of the deaths, and discusses the treatments used to mitigate the disease. In addition, and taking into account that it is a viral disease, the status of the only possible solutions are described; which are the discovery of a potential drug, the development of a vaccine, and the achievement herd immunity. Cerro Colorado Chico prospect is located to the south of the Ancash region, it is characterized by the presence of brecciated siliceous bodies (POD quartz) with restricted halos of advanced argillic alteration silica-pyrophyllite-alunite and an extensive alteration silic-sericite-pyrite, breccias and bodies of hematite, hematitized horizons affecting volcanic-sedimentary rocks of the Casma Group, and distal quartz veins. For this research have been geological mapping at 1:5000 scale, ASTER image analysis, ICP-AES analysis of 208 rock samples, petrographic, mineragraphic and XRD mineralogical analysis of 14 samples and fluid inclusion analysis of 4 samples. The altered rocks show an enrichment in Au, As, Sr, Ba, V, Fe, Ni and depletion of Cu, Pb, Zn, Al, Ti, Sc, Co and Mn. The general goal of this research is to address the way in which the twenty-five first Spanish publishers in literature publication manage their social networks. For this, through the PRGS model, the weight of the main social networks (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) in the digital marketing strategy of these Spanish publishing companies is analysed from a triple dimension: a) the attraction of users, b) content generation, and c) users' engagement to the brand. The study conducted on these twenty-five Spanish publishers concludes that Facebook is the one that generates the most fans, compared to Twitter and Instagram. Nonetheless, Twitter is the network most used to generate content. Finally, in terms of engagement, the results point out Instagram as the network where better results are obtained
