The study begins with a critical analysis of the contents oriented to the functional vision of public spaces, mobility and accessibility through territorial planning in the historic center of Cusco, to then delve into similar experiences in other sites of the same condition. Through the application of a mixed methodology, quantitative and qualitative data have been identified based on three variables and categories of study: the physical dimension of the intervention, the social-cultural dimension depending on the intervened space and the economic repercussions that have been given by the change of use of the street. ATMs are widely used around the world, which leads to the development of new functionalities that need to consider usability. For this reason, the following article presents the development of graphical interfaces for ATM of BBVA Continental Bank, which follows a user-centered process design. In the first place, we gathered information about our target user. Then, we developed a prototype based on the previous information and the needs of the bank, which also took into account expert’s feedback. Finally, real users in the bank itself validated the prototypes.

Programs aimed at improving the mental health of users require records to improve the actions of the personnel who coordinate them. The purpose of the study was to systematize the experiences in the improvement of the Continuity of Care Program of the Community Mental Health Center La Victoria, Peru. The research was configured within a qualitative approach, with a participant action research design, complying with the phases of diagnosis, planning, execution, systematization and evaluation. The female hormonal profile is of utmost importance for the assessment of the endocrinological functional status and the diagnosis of diseases. The analysis must delimit their normality intervals based on the manufacturer's cut-off points. Due to not all intervals can be evaluated before use, it is imperative to verify the reference intervals to achieve uniformity in the interpretation of results in the female population. We determine the reference intervals of five female sex hormones [Follicle Stimulating hormone (FSH), Estradiol, Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Prolactin, and progesterone] using electrochemiluminescence in the Cobas e411 (Roche). Objetives: To describe the occupational medical characteristics of professional drivers and the toxicological results present in traffic accidents in an occupational health center in Metropolitan Lima. 2014-2018. Material and methods: Retrospective descriptive study of secondary source data analysis. The sample size analyzed was 11520 professional drivers from the city of metropolitan Lima during 2014 to 2018, selected from an unnamed database using a probabilistic simple randomization sample. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar la percepción del nivel de uso del marketing digital en colaboradores de empresas turísticas de la región del Centro del Perú. El enfoque de investigación fue cuantitativo, diseño del estudio fue no experimental transversal descriptivo, el nivel de la investigación fue descriptivo, desarrollado en base a la perspectiva de Selman (2017) el cual tuvo 12 ítems, las dimensiones fueron flujo funcionalidad, feedback y fidelización, la muestra estuvo conformada por 13 empresas turísticas, de las cuelas se encuestaron a 120 colaboradores. El resultado principal fue que los establecimientos turísticos en la regios central del Perú hacen un uso medio del marketing digital como estrategia empresarial.

The objective of the study was to determine the perception of the level of use of digital marketing in collaborators of tourism companies in the Central Region of Peru. The research approach was quantitative, the study design was non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, the level of the research was descriptive, developed based on the perspective of Selman (2017)) which had 12 items, the dimensions were functionality flow, feedback and loyalty, the sample consisted of 13 tourism companies and 120 collaborators. The main result was that tourist establishments in the central regions of Peru make medium use of digital marketing as a business strategy.
