Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. This is shown in the teleosemantic response to the possibility that an exact duplicate of a human arose from non-evolutionary causes (the swampman). Clarifying the question about the homological nature of the trait identity is central to addressing the swampman argument. The patrimonial responsibility of the State is an issue belonging to the general part of administrative law. In Peruvian law, this institution does not have a clear and deep theoretical development as the civil liability system applied in private law does. Through this paper, the author outlines some generic considerations on the foundations of the duty to compensate by the Public Administration, generated when, in the exercise of its legally attributed powers, it causes injuries to the legally protected interests of the administered. Thus, the purpose of this work is to establish an approximation at the national headquarters on the theory of the patrimonial responsibility of the State, without prejudice to recognizing the influence of some institutions of private law.

We present the case of a 33-year-old man who consulted the emergency department for abdominal pain and generalized jaundice. Serological studies reported acute infection by Hepatitis B Virus; The patient was managed with clinical and paraclinical monitoring of liver function tests together with supportive therapy with dextrose.
