The objective is to determine if the use of ICT, organizational communication influences the Management of the UGEL 01, 2020 Executives. The relationship between executive functions (EF), creative personality, and academic performance in Argentine university students was examined. A total of 248 students (M = 22.97 years, SD = 4.43) from various Argentine provinces participated. The Adult Executive Functioning Inventory (ADEXI), the Cognitive Flexibility Scale, the Creative Behavior Scale (ECC), and the Creative Personality Scale (EPC) were used, along with academic performance data and sociodemographic information. Data were collected online through Google Forms and analyzed using Spearman correlations and mediation analysis with robust Maximum Likelihood estimator and Bootstrap. Technological advances have allowed to collect and store large volumes of data over the years. Besides, it is significant that today's applications have high performance and can analyze these large datasets effectively. Today, it remains a challenge for data mining to make its algorithms and applications equally efficient in the need of increasing data size and dimensionality [1]. To achieve this goal, many applications rely on parallelism, because it is an area that allows the reduction of cost depending on the execution time of the algorithms because it takes advantage of the characteristics of current computer architectures to run several processes concurrently [2]. This paper proposes a parallel version of the FuzzyPred algorithm based on the amount of data that can be processed within each of the processing threads, synchronously and independently.

The company under study aimed to reduce the scrap rates of each process of flexible packaging manufacturing, originated as a result of poor procedures, returned products, and observed spools and/or bales. A reduction in claims was also expected as a result of the improvement in the quality of the finished product. The reduction of scrap in each process of the plastics división led to a reduction in reprocessing and costs. This, in turn, had a positive impact on the company’s income as the provision of high quality products resulted in customer loyalty. Furthermore, processes in the areas of extrusion, printing, cutting, laminating and sealing were made more efficient. The standardization of procedures and processes improved their execution time, creating a more positive image for customers and competitors.

The present paper’s objective is to analyze and optimize the procedures in the area of “Contrataciones con el Estado” in LAIVE S.A., which specializes on the production and commercialization of dairy products, meats, and fruit derivatives, using engineering tools. This project begins with a review of the business’s history to then start explaining how does the area “Contrataciones con el Estado” works. This, in order that once the framework in which this area works is understood, the risks can be analyzed. For the execution of the present work, the procedures which could generate economical loses were analyzed, so then a way to minimize the risk could be found. On the other hand, one procedure that was found to be repeated every day, and even if only one human error was made it could generate a waste of additional work time, so then an automatization of this task was made.

Fermín Chimatani Tayori is an indigenous Harakbut leader from Puerto Luz, Madre de Dios (Perú). He was twice president of the Executor of the Amarakaeri Communal Reserve Administration Contract (ECA Amarakaeri). He is currently president of the National Association of Executors of the Communal Reserves Administration Contract (ANECAP). Recognized by the Peruvian state, Communal Reserves are direct use Protected Natural Areas. These represent an innovative initiative for the coadministration of conservation between indigenous organizations in the Peruvian Amazon and the National Service for Protected Natural Areas (SERNANP). In this interview, Fermín Chimatani Tayori shares his experiences as a key actor in conceptualizing and executing of this process.

En el contexto actual, las pymes peruanas pertenecientes al sector plástico tienen un indicador de utilización de la capacidad instalada de alrededor del 71,45%. Este indicador mide el grado de aprovechamiento del potencial productivo, que se ve disminuido por problemas de eficiencia.
