Metacognition as a learning process allows our mind to have the ability to turn on itself and analyze our own thoughts and our knowledge. For this reason, it is important that the teachinglearning processes are strengthened in order to achieve a satisfactory learning in students and give them a better knowledge of their abilities. In this regard, the present article will address the topic of metacognition, its dimensions, metacognitive strategies and metacognition classes in order to provide a contribution to Education at all levels.

This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.

Esta investigación se centra en la implementación de la reingeniería del proceso de medición de los Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) importados por un centro de distribución de una empresa especializada en la venta de productos para la mejora del hogar y materiales de construcción. Para identificar los factores que influyen en el proceso y optimizarlo, se realizó un estudio de tiempos y movimientos del proceso utilizando la herramienta conocida como diagrama de espagueti. Como resultado, se incrementó la productividad y disminuyeron los tiempos muertos, lo que permitió medir en menos tiempo el universo de SKU. El estudio también condujo a la configuración del sistema utilizando datos correctos, lo que facilitó la operación dentro del almacén.

In this paper, we present a novel system that combines process discovery and conformance checking to optimize resource usage in the operations area of banking companies. Our proposed system improves upon previous solutions by integrating real-time process mining techniques to reduce resource consumption in banking operations. The use of real-time process mining techniques in the proposed system enables faster error identification in processes, emphasizing the importance of such techniques for banking companies. In this paper, we propose an optimization model for medical services processes to reduce waiting time using process mining. In medical services, there is a high percentage of dissatisfaction with medical care due to the processes related to appointment booking and waiting time for medical consultation. As a result, patients change medical services due to the urgency of the symptoms they suffer, generating distrust in health services in Peru. Through a medical information system, events of medical care processes are collected for analysis using the Celonis tool. Pyrolysis is a thermochemical process that occurs in absence of oxygen. The pyrolysis process has three stages: feeding and dosing of raw materials, transformation of the organic mass and, finally, collection and separation of the products (coke, oil and gas). The pilot plant of the PUCP can produce second generation biofuels from organic waste and this responds to the challenge of a sustainable developmentof bioenergy in Peru.

In this article, we analyze the extradition process from its origin in international criminal law, as well as its treatment in Peru and the procedure that must be followed to achieve extradition. Likewise, we develop the ruling of the Wong Ho Wing versus Peru case, in which the right to a trial within a reasonable time and personal liberty were violated in an extradition process, due to the delay in its conclusion and the excessive time that he was deprived of his liberty by the Peruvian authorities.
