Of our national literature searches we could not find any case, even though we believe they should exist and that have not been documented. Therefore we justify filing unemployment in our country start casuistry. We wanted to bring the 29 Peruvian Congress this interesting case teaches us that all surgical specimens, like the scrapings and pieces expelled spontaneously, must have the sanction of the pathologist. This seems banal, but not always true and it is therefore appropriate to insist.
