Dysfunctional bleeding in women appear at different times in their sexual life, at its beginning or end of it. It may also be in the active sexual life. We focus our discussion to treat them, as follows: At puberty, Para-puberty and adolescence, at the beginning of menopause and post-menopause, and women in active sexual life.

Radiologíc studies of endometrium are indicated in the possibility of neoplastic disease, sterility and dysfunctional uterine diseases. Contraindications for this type of study are: pregnancy, tuberculosis, and acute inflammatory disease of the uterus.

Of our national literature searches we could not find any case, even though we believe they should exist and that have not been documented. Therefore we justify filing unemployment in our country start casuistry. We wanted to bring the 29 Peruvian Congress this interesting case teaches us that all surgical specimens, like the scrapings and pieces expelled spontaneously, must have the sanction of the pathologist. This seems banal, but not always true and it is therefore appropriate to insist.
