This article describes the development and implementation of new software uan flexible structure (Multiannillos), which handles information and abstract data. The paradigm of object-oriented programming (OOP) for practical application in written in C + + Prgrm for a cellular telephone device programming is used. The same structure can be used for other mobile devices such as wireless Handhelda etc.. requiring the use of new algorithms for efficient use of memory. The C / C + + language is used in a compiler Borland C + + 4.5

The present article analyzes the importance of functional or program budgets in the public sector, as well as their implementation in Peru. In this context, the author defines functional budgets as a tool for public planning and management that allows for the allocation of public resources based on specific objectives, through the identification of programs and projects that can best contribute to achieving said objectives. On the other hand, it is established that the implementation of such program budgets in Peru has posed a series of challenges and difficulties due to the lack of serious plans, the broad powers of the legislative branch, as well as the null capacity for monitoring and the lack of continuous evaluation of programs by the government. Therefore, the question arises as to whether the program budget system really fits the reality of the country, or if it is rather a utopia...

Currently there is a wide range of software to simulate robotic cell and interact with a process. This article details the procedure to simulate and program a robotic system of classification of items using the software Cosimir Educational. The project includes a window model, positions and programming. Programming is performed using the language Mitsubishi Robot Language (MRL), which is simple but with enough capacity to perform tasks with the robot. This language has commands for movement control, counters, timers, subroutines, loops and incorporates input and output signals.

The present research work, "Program" I decide my future "in vocational maturity, in students who are victims of social marginalization of the 4th grade of the advanced cycle of CEBA Herman Busse de la Guerra, 2095, 2018.", sought to know the effects it produces the intervention of a vocational guidance plan, made up of workshops based on psychopedagogical principles, and whose didactic application is based on the objectives and principles of the proposal. The research was of an applied type, of a pre-experimental design. The study group consisted of 84 students, distributed in 42 in the experimental group and 42 in the control group. The pre-test was applied using the emotional maturity questionnaire where scores were obtained in the emotional maturity dimension (t = 1.21, p = 0.23), in the planning dimension (t = 0.62, p = 0.54), the exploration dimension (t = 1.11, p = 0.27), the infor...

The objective of the research carried out was to demonstrate that the application of the “Application of the program to improve the autonomy of pre-school children” Program influenced the autonomy of 24-month-old children in a Pronoei in the San Juan de Miraflores district (Lima, Peru). The research approach was quantitative, applied or practical, the design was quasi-experimental and the method corresponded to the hypothetical deductive one. The study population was 64 students. The instrument was a checklist that was structured in three dimensions, such as affective security, freedom of movement, appropriate spaces and materials. The program lasted twelve weeks, for which the parents actively participated before, during and after each class session. The results showed that the program had a positive influence on the autonomy of the children, which was demonstrated with the applicat...

The design of a control system in certain processes in the industry is the main problem for engineers. Since the input and output data of a certain process are obtained, we can know the response of the system, the same that allows us to study a model prototype and using the theory of nonlinear control the limit cycles are predicted, we can propose a function descriptive whose parameters will be necessary to implement the Neurocontroller that will be trained with the Back propagation algorithm. In our case, we address the design and implementation of a Neurocontroller in the LabVIEW graphical program environment under the supervision of the Simulation Toolkit. Our application is the control of a prototype physical system whose model can represent first and second order systems. The model of the process dynamics was obtained experimentally, for which the identification of parameters was ap...

This study develops a planning approach to enable interprovincial land-transport companies to maintain an efficient travel schedule, considering the availability of their medium and long-term resources and the application of revenue management to obtain higher incomes through the use of information technologies. The development of a decision-support system in this sector will allow travel schedule focuses for optimizing the total marginal contribution in the long term, i.e. the difference between incomes and variable costs, as well as an appropriate allocation of resources to the trips, and that the fares established are adequate for the company to reach its goals.

Conscious that all research must have a logical coherence, we define the general objective with the following statement: Establish the epistemological perspective of mathematics as the foundation of science. Lines later we determine the type of research, was fundamental or basic, the reason, our purpose is to deepen and increase, as much as possible, generate knowledge about the epistemology of mathematics and mathematics as the foundation of science. Near the epilogue of the study we arrive at the following result: Mathematics is the foundation of the sciences, because it is the language of nature, of the cosmos, both are expressed only through mathematics, also because measurement is a basic factor for the construction of scientific knowledge, discover new theories and laws. Finally we came to the conclusion: It was established that mathematics is the foundation of the sciences, essent...

The article aims to describe how methodologies generally used in the private sector can be applied to optimize state programs, and more specifically, school feeding programs (PAE, according to its initials in Spanish). Therefore, to achieve its objectives and, above all, to generate value, both for the users of the programs and for Peruvian society, it is essential that the management of the PAE is developed efficiently. To contribute to this task, the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) and Stakeholder Analysis of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) are presented from a theoretical application approach, and both methodologies can be adapted or applied directly according to the specificities of the organization.

This investigation was done in order to identify students with low levels of protective factors in suicidal risk (assertiveness, effective communication, self-esteem, decision making), evaluated with a questionnaire Ad Hoc (authors) and complementary the suicide risk, assessed with the Suicide Risk Questionnaire of Plutchik, in130 students of second, third and fourth year of a State School in the town of Huánuco, Peru. 29% (38 students) fulfill the inclusion criteria mentioned. We prepared and implemented a program to increase the protective factors mentioned and have an indirect influence on the suicide risk or other problems associated with unsatisfied needs found. Using One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design, the effect of the program (8 sessions with students and one with the staff of the school) was evaluated in 25 students who attended all workshops. Significant differences between the...

In adolescence there are a series of physical, psychological and social challenges, this stage is the beginning of adulthood so that coexistence with others helps the constitution of the personality, in this sense the objective was to determine the influence of the classroom coexistence program "Let's be friends" in the improvement of social skills in Ecuadorian adolescents, the results determine that the experimental group presented higher values compared to the control group in the post test situation for social skills, also the p value between groups is 0.009 < 0.05. The application of the program was effective, so the application of further research oriented to psychological intervention specifically in social skills training, expression of emotions and relationship with adults is discussed.

The GPSS/H (General Purpose Simulation system), is both a computer programming language and a discrete random simulation system. It is versatile, easy to write and can solve a wide range of problems many of them concerned with the mining industry. This language is non procedural designed for a special purpose which tries to anticipate what the programer is doing. Programs are of short computational code and similar to the problem being solved. The application example shows that for an 8 truck fleet hauling ore and waste from 4 hydraulically operated underground bins onto two unloading points at surface for ore and waste, it is required to add one additional bin to avoid queues and attain minimum operating cost.

This research was conducted in Lima and is on the development and implementation of a program based on thermal calculation; to determine the operating parameters of an internal combustion engine for automotive use, by simulating various processes occurring in engines, which allow to establish the expected rate of the operating cycle of an internal combustion engine of gasodiesel type (GLP + D2). The development of the thermal calculation, based on the behavior of the engine working as gasodiesel, is validated and contrasted with the experimental values, through a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the diesel engine Perkins, obtained in the test Newage and simulated characteristics of the engine; by the computer program AJESA 2004, finally each sub-hypothesis is tested and this allows us to formulate conclusions.
