It was determined the effect of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid ( 2,4- D ) in the rooting of cauline buds of Rubus idaeus L. in greenhouse conditions as a possible alternative in efficient and reproducible propagation of this crop.Was evaluated the effect of concentrations of 2,4 – D, used in the treatments T0: 0.0% , T1: 0.3 %, T2: 0.5% and T3: 0.8 %. The obtained data were statistically analyzed by the simple variance analysis (ANOVA); and Tukey test. At 30 days it was found that the T1induced the formation of a greater number of roots 6.17cm, greater root length of 13.09 cm and a height of plant 9.13 cm. It is concluded that 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic concentrationof0.3% exerted the best effect for rooting from cauline buds of Rubus idaeus L.

La planificación de unidades didácticas mediante el enfoque de la UbD (Understanding by design), desarrollada por Wiggins y McTighe (2005), está teniendo una incursión lenta y gradual en la docencia, a pesar de que esta obra es bastante citada en diferentes trabajos académicos. Existe una gran brecha entre lo que se presenta teóricamente y lo que se practica en el ejercicio de la docencia al respecto de este enfoque. El presente trabajo ha pretendido indagar en la literatura científica y demostrar la incursión del enfoque UbD en la labor docente que involucra la planificación, la evaluación y el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje fundamentados en este enfoque. Se determino el efecto del 2,4-diclorofenoxiacético (2,4-D) en el enraizamiento de brotes caulinares de Rubus idaeus L., en condiciones de invernadero como una alternativa posible, eficaz y reproducible en la propagación de este cultivo. Se evaluó el efecto de concentraciones de 2,4-D, aplicados en los tratamientos T0:0,0%, T1: 0,3%, T2:0,5% y T3:0,8%. Los datos obtenidos fueron analizados estadísticamente por el Análisis de varianza simple (ANOVA); y la Prueba de Tukey. A los 30 días se obtuvo que el T1 indujo la formación de un mayor número de raíces 6.17 cm, una mayor longitud de raíces de 13.09 cm y una mayor altura de planta 9.13 cm. Se concluye que el 2,4- diclorofenoxiacético a la concentración de 0,3% ejerce el mejor efecto para el enraizamiento de brotes caulinares de Rubus idaeus.L..

El objetivo fue determinar la seroprevalencia del virus de la Rinotraqueitis Infecciosa Bovina (vIBR) y del virus de la Diarrea Viral Bovina (vBVD) en vacunos Brown swiss, según sexo y edad, de las cuencas lecheras de San Juan y Larimayo del Distrito de Antauta, Provincia de Melgar – Puno. Se utilizaron 180 animales, de los cuales se obtuvieron muestras sanguíneas de la vena yugular, el suero separado se ha conservado en viales a una temperatura de menos 20°C; y estos fueron trasladados al laboratorio de LABVETSUR de la ciudad de Arequipa, en donde estas muestras se analizaron mediante la prueba de Inmuno absorción Ligada a Enzima (ELISA). Los campos magnéticos (CMs) son un factor ambiental necesario para todos los seres vivos. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo investigar los efectos del extracto de tomate y las concentraciones de benciladenina (BA) en el crecimiento de brotes in vitro de Cattleya sp. El estudio se llevó a cabo de marzo a julio de 2023 en el Laboratorio de Cultivo de Tejidos de la Fundación Hidayatul Islam, Medan, Indonesia. Se emplearon cuatro concentraciones de extracto de tomate (0 %, 5 %, 10 %, 15 %) y tres concentraciones de BA (0 ppm, 2 ppm, 4 ppm) con base en el diseño factorial completo aleatorizado (CRD). In our society, adequate relevance is not taken for what should be a palpitating concern that grows every day. We refer to sexual abuse being understood as that situation in which the person and specifically their privacy are violated, making them sensitive in all possible aspects. This scenario is really unfortunate for those who live it. It is nothing new to find, once again, women inmersed in statistics that explain the amount of abuse against them. It should be noted that minors are one of the vulnerable groups that tend to be linked to this type of action that falls into a serious criminal offense.
