La fabricación de botones para prendas de vestir a partir de las semillas de tagua en el Perú ha sido una actividad poco difundida en los últimos años. Esto conlleva a que la producción por parte de los artesanos y pequeños productores sea baja, ya que no cuentan con maquinaria autónoma que realice múltiples procesos. Además, el costo de estas máquinas autónomas es alta y transportarlo es dificultoso por su peso y tamaño, los artesanos optan por máquinas pequeñas que realizan un proceso en cada ciclo de producción. Los demás procesos se realizan de manera manual apoyándose de herramientas rudimentarias, lo cual es ineficiente. This work proposes an electronic equipment aimed at measuring the color difference between fabrics for a homogeneous selection of these. The proposed method analyzes tissues with different illuminants so that, by taking measurements with a camera, the impact of effects such as metamerism can be reduced, resulting in a more accurate method that represents reality. For this, an enclosure was designed and built to allow constant lighting conditions and spotlights with standard lighting were installed. The development of new processes in the textile industry entails designing methodologies to select adequate supplies that fit these new processes requirements. This paper presents a methodology used to select a textile binder that fulfill technical specifications of a new process to produce nonwoven fabrics, highlighting mainly its ability to form a protective film on the textile fibers and cohesion them without staining, weakening or breaking them. The proposed methodology involves three major phases: (1) consulting textile experts, (2) laboratory tests, and (3) factor weighting. The results indicate that there are two products that can be used in this new process: Arkofil and Size plus AC.

To that end, an analysis of the processes was made, having as the main focus the macroprocess of Manufacture Operations, because of the big quantity of workers, the huge diversity of job positions and the high personnel turnover rate. The article considers the relationship of physical and cognitive development of children as well as the processes of memory and attention. They determine the readiness of a child for school education. The analysis of existing theories made it possible to single out the conditions for their development. There was conducted a study to check the level of memory and attention development of 6-7-year-old children. Diagnostic results showed that the vast majority of children showed an average level of memorization, and a low level of attention development. La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la influencia de los actos preparatorios en los procesos de selección en las contrataciones con el estado en la Municipalidad Provincial de Maynas periodo 2022. La metodología fue descriptiva correlacional y de enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental. Given the concern about the high turnover of work, due to the growing rate of resignations from their jobs, this study aimed to identify the influence of the work environment and the selection process on staff turnover at PwC Peru, since 2019 to 2022. RESUMEN El presente artículo corresponde al rediseño de procesos para la gestión de recursos humanos de la empresa Grupo Mundo Soluciones Empresariales. La investigación ha seguido un enfoque Pre-Experimental, donde se utilizaron técnicas de recolección de datos como análisis documental y de archivos, entrevista y observación directa y sus respectivos instrumentos como son la ficha de análisis documental, guía de entrevista y ficha de observación de procesos.
