This work offers a quick description of the vowels and consonants of the Bora language. It also explains the linguistic and sociolinguistic criteria for the selection of graphemes in the Bora language: it highlights the importance of the written tradition for the selection of certain graphemes, such as <c> and <k> or the removal of <s> and <z>. Finally, this work discuss the presence of long vowels in the Bora language: evidence to date suggests that the Bora language has only short vowels thanks to the processes of derivation with tone in the nominal Bora lexicon

Este trabajo revisa la presencia del doble posesivo en dos variedades de español amazónico del Perú (ISO 639-3: spq). Estas variedades son el resultado del contacto del español con dos lenguas amazónicas de familias y tipologías lingüísticas diferentes: la lengua bora de la familia lingüística bora y la lengua asháninka de la familia lingüística arawak. Por un lado, el doble posesivo está presente en la variedad del español amazónico con sustrato bora, pues esta lengua posee caso genitivo; en cambio, el doble posesivo no se presenta en la variedad de español amazónico con sustrato asháninka, ya que esta lengua no presenta el caso gramatical genitivo.

The aim of this article is to offer a bibliographical review of the main editions that the journal Letras (Lima) has published since its foundation (1929). To this end, following documentary-methods, we review some of the most important milestones in the trajectory of this journal. First, we look at the first issue of the journal. We review the content published, as well as the imprint it established with its origin. Second, we situate the journal Letras (Lima) within the tradition of academic journals published at the UNMSM in contrast to some nineteenth-century journals and its current situation. Este estudio analiza, en la primera parte, tres columnas y en la segunda, seis ilustraciones del periódico peruano La Felpa (1907-1908), publicado por Benjamín Saldaña Rocca. El objetivo es analizar las representaciones de los indígenas amazónicos y del conflicto cauchero en los textos e imágenes. Así, en la primera parte, se examinarán dos columnas tituladas “La ola de sangre”, y una, titulada “Los indios del Putumayo”. En la segunda parte, se analizan seis ilustraciones reproducidas en algunos números de La Felpa con dos objetivos: revisar los paradigmas de la época y demostrar cómo se usaron las fotografías de Robuchon como inspiración de las ilustraciones.
