The most controversial institution incorporated into the Criminal Procedure Code of 2004 was the sentence of the acquitted, which is the power that the Superior Criminal Chamber has, when resolving the appeal that may have been filed against a previous acquittal sentence issued in favor of the accused (first instance), in being able to amend it in a conviction against this same procedural subject (second instance), sentencing decision that originally could only be questioned by means of the appeal of cassation. Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. Arsenic contamination in water represents a serious public health issue worldwide, particularly in regions where natural or anthropogenic sources contribute to concentrations exceeding the maximum permissible limit of 0.01 mg/L established by the World Health Organization. This study evaluated the efficiency of a ceramic matrix made from red clay impregnated with ferric oxide (Fe₂O₃) for arsenic removal and water quality improvement. Water samples were collected from the Apacheta River and treated using a continuous-flow system with supports calcined at 800 °C. Arsenic concentrations were determined by spectrophotometry, and physicochemical parameters were analyzed before and after treatment. Childhood malnutrition and anemia constitute a serious public health problem, driving the search for foods enriched with protein and vitamin supplements to help reduce this issue. In this context, the present research was developed with the objective of creating a protein rich, probiotic, and energy boosting becerage based on mango (Mangifera indica), whey, and Lactobacillus casei. Five treatments were formulated with different proportions of mango pulp and whey (T1: 90/10, T2: 70/30, T3: 50/50, T4: 30/70, and T5: 10/90, with two replicates per treatment. The bererages were inoculated with L. casei, and the pH was monitored every 48 hours for 14 days. Evolutionary Psychology (EP) supports the hypothesis of massive modularity (HMM), in which the mind is understood as a set of modules that fulfill a specific function to solve recurrent adaptive problems in our evolutionary adaptation environment. The contamination of water bodies by heavy metals is a critical problem for human health and ecosystems, and it can bioaccumulate in organisms to toxic levels and even lead to the living being’s death. This research aimed to synthesize and characterize a biopolymer with the capacity to remove heavy metals in wastewater, elaborated from potato starch, glycerin, and nopal mucilage. Native potato starch of the Allcca sipas variety was extracted by conventional methods; the mucilage was extracted with ethanol. Four formulations of biopolymers were synthesized at 60 and 70 °C. The solubility, structural characteristics, and adsorption capacity of heavy metals were evaluated. In this paper, we introduce certain regularizations for bifunctions, based on the corresponding regularization for functions, originally defined by J-P. Crouzeix. We show that the equilibrium problems associated to a bifunction and its regularizations are equivalent in the sense that they share the same solution set. Also, we introduce new existence results for the Equilibrium Problem, and we show some applications to minimization and Nash equilibrium problems.

In the recent years, systemic or normative functionalism has been set up and spread out in the Peruvian Criminal Law scholar doctrine and case law, in a clear, precise and coherent manner providing solutions to concrete problems which were previously left behind to be answered by the naturalist, ontologist and teleologist scholar doctrines. Thus, by having an advanced functionalism approach, we explain the previous evolution and stand assumed by the great master of Bonn, Günther Jakobs, who sets out the functional relation between society and the criminal-juridical dogmatics, which must be re-based with a view to safeguard the social and state system through the maintenance of the criminal law stability to guarantee the citizen’s minimum expectations regarding proper functioning of social life.

En este trabajo presentamos un modelo para la construcción de un tomógrafo portátil de pocas vistas. Se considera: (1) un tomógrafo de forma circular con 80 cm de diámetro, con imágenes reconstruidas circulares de 20 cm de diámetro. (2) El tomógrafo tiene 6 vistas con 36 conos por vista. Los 216 detectores están fijos sobre la superficie interna del tomógrafo. (3) Las fuentes puntuales están en posiciones fijas. Para la reconstrucción de imagen utilizamos una discretización que considera los caminos de la radiación entre la fuente y el detector, la intersección de estos caminos forman una discretización denominada base natural.
