In this article, the author analyzes the complexity of a common problem in many parts of the world: social conflicts, putting emphasis on socio-environmental ones. Consequently, he starts addressing the social conflict concept and its elements, to approximate to its comprehension through various conceptions of the Theory of Law.Finally, the author provides a socio-anthropological analysis of Law in order to understand the importance of the knowledge of structural and systemic causes of socio-environmental conflicts and outlines an alternative solution.

In the last years, previous approaches to law have been overcome by those which links some theoretical tax approaches of Scandinavian and American realism and also from the sociological school with its empirical analysis of law in reality, seen with the instruments proportionated by the social sciences. Objective: To determine the psychometric properties of the scale of socio-emotional skills (ECSE) for workersin public and private institutions in Lima Este. There is a question that I have heard several times from the lips of priests, they are concerned about the effectiveness of their current pastoral methods, not only because those methods were never very adapted for certain sectors (think, for example, of the different indigenous groups), but also because rapid changes in society and increasing secularization. Consequently, they fear that the divorce between the religiosity of the priests and of the more cultivated minorities and the religiosity of the majority will be accentuated, and thus they feel the urgency to do some religious research in their parishes to know the real situation.

The purpose of this article is to identify socio-affective competencies linked to teamwork that are mobilized in the resolution of problem situations in the Mathematics curriculum. The study was conducted using a qualitative case study approach. The participants were 22 high school students from a public school in southern Brazil. Data were collected through the following instruments: the Competency Wheel, a socio-affective competencies questionnaire, a written teamwork report, and the teacher’s logbook. The results indicate that the socio-affective competencies openness to new experiences and empathy emerged in most teams. In addition, affective bonds and affinity were the main criteria influencing the selection of team members.

One of the main problems in education is the wide variety of models that have been developed throughout history. The success of each of them can only be assessed in the same extent as the years pass, however the results also depend on the subjectivity that are measured, depending for it multiple social, economic and political variables. In order to update existing knowledge on one of these models, the Socio-Cognitive Paradigm of Education, then we decided to perform a literature review on the most important elements related to this model. En el presente artículo, el autor destaca y aborda la complejidad de un problema no poco común en nuestro país: los conflictos sociales, poniendo especial énfasis en aquellos de tipo socio-ambientales. Para ello, parte del concepto de conflicto social y analiza cada elemento que lo compone, para luego aproximarse a su comprensión a través de diversas concepciones de la Teoría del Derecho.Finalmente, realiza un análisis socio-antropológico del derecho para comprender la importancia del conocimiento de las causas estructurales y sistemáticas de los conflictos socio-ambientales, y esboza una alternativa de solución.

Objetivo: Determinar el apoyo socio-emocional en pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar en el centro de salud Perú IV Zona, Lima 2019.Materiales y Métodos: El presente estudio de tipo descriptivo, no experimental dentro del enfoque cuantitativo, estudio una población de 36 pacientes los cuales presentaron tuberculosis pulmonar asistentes al centro de salud Perú IV Zona, aplicándoles un instrumento llamado Dunke Unc con la finalidad de explorar el nivel de apoyo socio-emocional en los mismos, instrumento, revelando que en la muestra un 58,3% de la misma presenta un escaso apoyo socio-emocional tanto social como socio-emocional dejando solamente un 41,7% un buen apoyo socio-emocional. También evidenciando que un 55,6% recibe un escaso apoyo socio-emocional afectivo por parte de las personas que los rodean revelando que solo un 44,4% recibiendo un buen apoyo del mismo.

The publication “Problems of introducing inclusive education in the social environment of Ussuriysk city” examines the complex problems and sociocultural processes of society concerning people with special socio-educational needs, people with disabilities and people with physical disabilities. The paper briefly explains the essence of inclusive education and the problems of its introduction into the social environment of small towns, for example, the city of Ussuriysk, when, along with the development of defectological schools and the government order for them, there is a lack of understanding of the need for such education, an indifferent, callous attitude towards disadvantaged physical disabilities to people.

This article shows the results of the research project "Socio-Economic Impact of Pollution of Beaches in Lima" after monitoring water quality in 1999, carried out in five beaches (La Herradura, Agua Dulce, the Weeds and Makaha Marbella ). Marbella and Herradura were the most polluted beaches. They socioeconomic surveys conducted in different districts of Lima. 58% of respondents showed a preference to go to the beach in his free time during the weekends in the summer. Of these respondents, 71% preferred to go to the beaches of the South that the beaches of Lima, where he carried out the project, and this due to contamination.
