Mexico is one of the leading citrus producers worldwide. This work presents an analysis for improving the citrus waxing process in a company dedicated to this activity, located in the town of Álamo, Temapache, in the northern part of the state of Veracruz, Mexico. This study used the ten approaches to operations analysis to find areas of opportunity where the company could improve; the implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5s, Kaizen, and autonomous maintenance was suggested to optimize the waxing process. As a result of this analysis, an improvement proposal was developed regarding simplifying operating procedures, improving the handling of materials, and optimal use of equipment, allowing the company to be more efficient and productive.

Objective: To determine the incidence of the Affectation process in the use of the properties in the management of the real estate of the State administered by the National Superintendence of State Property, period 2012 - 2016. The right to health is a universal right of second-generation, classified in the setof social, economic and cultural rights of mankind; gaining acceptance worldwide for its programmatic nature. On the verge of reaching 100 years of that recognition, its character of constitutionally recognized, operational, enforceable or subjective right has been consolidated thanks to the development of the jurisprudence of the constitutional courts; subsequent to this legal phenomenon, its enforceability trough protective process of amparo in the constitutional code of procedure is regulated in our country and expands its protection, in both areas, the powers assigned to the regulatory and supervisory body of the health sector at the national level, of administrative sanctioning power.

In this study, an analysis of pre-trial proceedings is made, given the new scenario of programming virtual hearings and the subsequent procedural burden that will arise once the state of emergency is lifted. Moreover, operational aspects are raised for the correct application of this procedural institution and statistical data on its use in specialized courts in different parts of the country are evaluated, in order to reevaluate the advantages of pre-trial proceedings as a tool for procedural simplification that leads to an expeditious, effective and timely resolution.

In the field of databases, the lack of traceability of transactions or operations in a database is vital to respond to incidents that may originate within them, such as the alteration of unauthorized information. This article proposes an auditing model to mitigate risk using Oracle's object and transaction auditing approach. Over the past few years, some Indecopi decision-making bodies specialized in consumer protection have requested information from various financial entities about the passive operations of complaining consumers, within the framework of a sanctioning administrative procedure. This requirement is legally invalid, as it violates the pro hominem constitutional principle, the material truth principle and the consent principle in matters of personal data. The present work deals with the proposed treatment scheme for the recovery of PVC and PET using mineral processing operations such as: size reduction. Separation by dense means, alkaline treatment and flotation. The results achieved at the laboratory level indicate that 95% of PVC and 97% of PET can be recovered from the selected sample of plastic containers collected in a residual sector of the city of Bucaramanga, Colombia.
