The present research work was presented in the context of the deficit problematic in the inventory process of public school in Peru. The main objective is for public schools to use ICTs to improve this process. The methodology used for the development of the research work is Scrum, since it allows the application model to be carried out in an agile and organized manner. The different needs that each stage of the methodology presented were solved by the Balsamiq Mockups tool. In the results we can appreciate that implementing this web system offers speed and security to the management of the inventory of the public schools, since it is necessary to have a control of all the goods in real time. The phrase ‘divide and rule’ and which proposes a strategy of dividing a centralized power structure into smaller power groups. Based on this principle, this study proposes that in the project management for the development of a web application, where the application’s implementation can be divided in processes with their own tools, resources and life cycle. Both O’Reilly (2007) and Ginige (1998) mention that the technologies to be used in the front-end of a web application are different from those of the back-end, making it possible to decouple the implementation into its own components from the side of the customer or web browser and from the applications servers, databases and static files.

Small and medium-sized enterprises have always proven to be crucial to national economies, yet many of them fail for a variety of reasons. One of them is selecting an inadequate supplier that does not meet the needs that the company requires to properly perform its core business. Therefore, this project proposes to develop a web application to select the best supplier option for a company. The main objective is to assist in decision making and reduce costs with a web application that implements the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), based on a series of criteria and priorities chosen by the company itself. In Peruvian Tuberculosis Reference Laboratory of the Regional Health Directorate of Callao, issues related to the diagnostic process where identified, because of the slowly generations of patients result. This research develops a web application to solve these issues using a participatory design. Qualitative data were recollected through interviews and focus groups in 45 medical centers belong to the regional health directorate (DIRESA) from Callao. In this paper, we present a novel system that combines process discovery and conformance checking to optimize resource usage in the operations area of banking companies. Our proposed system improves upon previous solutions by integrating real-time process mining techniques to reduce resource consumption in banking operations. La presente investigación está basada en el problema que existe al gestionar el proceso de venta de prendas personalizadas en la empresa Corsé, el cual tiene como consecuencia pérdidas de registro de venta ya que los registros son realizados de forma manual; además, cuando el cliente se comunica con la empresa para saber el estado de venta de la prenda en confección, se indica el estado a criterio de lo realizado generando inquietud de la realización de prenda al cliente y obteniendo pérdida de fiabilidad con la empresa.
