The main objective on this research is the development of finding the optimal parameters for a routing algorithm for network routers based on the ant algorithm described as AntNet. The optimum parameters for this type of algorithm improve a more efficient alternative to those given by the RIP, EIGRP and OSPF routing protocols, to be applied in a data network. This shall be tested in two networks and routers defined, taking the same characteristics for the three groups: RIP, OSPF and by the result provided by the genetic algorithm implemented using a static network. The system recognizes the best path between networks of routers, based on the principle of AntNet networks or networks of ants, which are the best way from exploring almost all roads, using estimergia to go there and make optimal. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the administration of ibuprofen in the establishment of the gestation of bovine embryos produced in vitro. In total, 85 Bos taurus x B. indicus heifers were used as embryo recipients, which were subjected to a protocol of synchronization of oestrus and ovulation with the insertion of an intravaginal progesterone implant (Sincrogest®) for eight days, plus the application of 2 mg of oestradiol benzoate (Sincrodiol®). To the removal of the implant, 500 μg sodium cloprostenol (Sincrocio®), 300 IU of equine chorionic gonadotropin (Sincro eCG®), plus the administration of 1 mg of oestradiol cypionate (SincroCP®,) were applied. This study focuses on developing an environmental management strategy to mitigate the environmental and health risks of hazardous waste at Support Hospital II-1 in the province of Bagua. The objectives include performing an initial diagnosis of the management of this waste, assessing the associated risks, and characterizing the key factors to propose an effective strategy. The methodology included the characterization of hazardous waste generated during a week, using descriptive statistics to analyze daily volume and weight data. Hospital staff participated through questionnaires and checklists according to NTS No. 144-2018-DISA-DIGESA regulations. Breakthroughs in vitrification protocols and the results obtained after frozen embryo transfer have resulted in a different version of the assisted reproduction standard cycles: the “freeze-all” cycles. Regardless of their use beyond the usual indications (elevated progesterone, risk of hyperstimulation, among others), this new concept currently represents a common practice in many institutions and is applied to all patients. In this article, we will discuss the various factors that may have contributed to this change in policy and the scientific evidence for this topic. Based on this evidence, we will conclude if clinics should change their way of working from fresh embryo transfers to only transfer frozen embryos, or if we should maintain the standard protocol.
