Objetivo: Determinar el proceso de afrontamiento-adaptación y la habilidad del cuidado de padres a sus hijos pos operados mediatos de cardiopatías congénitas. Diseño metodológico: por la naturaleza de sus datos es de enfoque Cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo y corte transversal. Se realizará el estudio en un Instituto especializado cardiovascular de la ciudad de lima. La población materia de estudio serán los padres de familia, (papá o mamá) que tengan su hijo post operado mediato por primera vez de una cardiopatía congénita, hospitalizado en la Unidad de Cuidados intermedios (UCIN) y hospitalización del Servicio de Cardiopediatría. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar y construir un biorreactor batch tipo tanque agitado y aireado con capacidad de un litro para la producción de proteína unicelular. Para su diseño y construcción se empleó un software que genera las especificaciones ideales para este tipo de trabajo, materiales y accesorios fácilmente manipulables y esterilizables a base de vidrio, tapones de caucho para uso químico y mangueras de plástico, el sistema de agitación se construyó con materiales de acero inoxidable más la adición de un motor de paso de 12 V. In the present thesis the optical and light emission properties of two systems consisting of Tb3+ and Yb3+ doped amorphous AlOxNy thin films and Tb3+ doped polycrystalline AlN thin films were analyzed. In the two ions system, to obtain an adequate luminescent emission, commonly a significant effort must be made to find a suitable concentration of dopants and elemental composition of the host material. An interesting and highly efficient method is a combinatorial approach, allowing a high velocity screening of a wider range of properties. In the present work a combinatorial gradient based thin film libraries of amorphous AlOxNy:Yb3+, AlOxNy:Tb3+ and AlOxNy:Tb3+:Yb3+ have been prepared by radio frequency co-sputtering from more than one target. The general diagnosis for evaluating the socially responsible behavior of a clinical analysis laboratory is presented, as well as the intervention for improving such behavior, as part of the requirements of the acceleration program of the Transfer Office of a higher education institution in the South East of Mexico. The intervention, through two participative action-research cycles, was performed from July to November in 2018, with a post test at the end of the last one. Results show a significant improvement in the environment preservation results, considering the socially responsible behavior as satisfactory in general. And although the differences were not significant in the other ambits, it is important to highlight leadership for motivating and involving employees in action research processes.

El 30 de diciembre de 1991 se inicia el proceso de transferencia tecnológica de la Cardiocirugía Transeptal, a raíz de la extirpación de dos mixomas de aurícula izquierda, que consiste en la sistemática y exprofesa apertura longitudinal del septum interauricular a través de la aurícula derecha para corregir patología cardíaca congénita y adquirida variada a manera de cardiotomía exploradora. Se trataron 7 pacientes portadores de mixomas de aurícula izquierda, doble lesión mitral e insuficiencia tricúspidea. Todos evolucionaron satisfactoriamente en el post-operatorio inmediato y tardío.

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue evaluar el proceso de transferencia de inmunidad pasiva (TIP) en terneros nacidos y alimentados con calostro de vacas lecheras, como también los factores asociados a este en el centro agropecuario “Monte Verde” ubicado en Pacasmayo – Jequetepeque donde se realizó la evaluación de 50 terneros recién nacidos independientes de género, peso o raza. Las vacas como los terneros fueron evaluados, en el caso de la madre se obtuvo una muestra de calostro y en el caso de los hijos una muestra de sangre post calostrado para luego ser analizado mediante el uso del refractómetro de Brix óptico y de esta manera recolectar los datos apropiados.
