This article describes, analyzes and explains the problems of a national corporation growing Andino Investment Holding (AIH), in their quest to realize an efficient capital structure that enables its sustainability going concern, and that allows the further develop-ment achieved in the past decades. The research was based on the review and documentary analysis of eco-nomic and financial information company that works in the Superintendence of Securities Market, the Lima Stock Exchange and reports of risk assessors. Also was tested and reinforced the findings of interviews with officials linked to the case. Finally, observing the direction of the holding, the impossibility of continued growth based on debt, decides to open up capital to outside investors, by the issuance and placement on the Lima Stock Exchange. E-Holding es una empresa que pertenece al grupo Navent, de capitales argentinos la cual está constituida por tres unidades de negocio que son AdondeVivir, Urbania y Tokko Bróker. La empresa presta el servicio de intermediación virtual para la compra y venta de inmuebles y, está posicionada entre las plataformas digitales de mayor reconocimiento en el mercado peruano. En ese sentido, el presente documento desarrolla una consultoría para E-Holding que se ha enfocado en el desarrollo de 12 actividades de comunicación con el objetivo de evitar una potencial pérdida de S/13 millones. Purpose. This paper aims to examine the relationship between cash holdings (CH) and expected equity return in a sample of firms of Pacific alliance countries. Design/methodology/approach. This paper constructed a panel of Pacific alliance firms for the period ranging from 2010 to 2016. This paper estimated different specification models using multivariate regression, and the statistical technique used to validate the hypothesis was panel data. Findings. Results showed that there is a positive relationship between CH and expected equity return (r). The relationship between CH and systematic risk (ß) was estimated and this paper found a positive and statistically significant association. Findings suggest that corporate liquidity contains underlying information that contributes to explain the expected equity return, which, if ignored, can produce quite misleading results. The study of the indexes of water to Olea europea L. is important because it allows understanding of the water capacity of this species. This trial was carried out in the Valley Cañete with olive varieties ‘Frantoio’ and ‘Sevillana’ (both 10 years old), with the aim of determine its moisture content. In both varieties relative water content (CHR), the Content of water saturation (CAS), the water deficit for saturation (DAS), dry weight (PS) and fresh weight (FW) was measured. ‘Sevillana’ shown a CHR (73.7%), PS (0.180 g) and PF (0.330 g) were higher than in the cultivar 'Frantoio' (with values of 68.2%, 0.140 g and 0.258 g respectively). In conclusion, these results indicate that the variety ‘Sevillana’ has greater capacity than water ‘Frantoio’ to withstand arid environments.

This article explores the return migration of young Peruvians to rural areas and intermediate cities. Specifically, we focus on the new family coexistence, the difficulties with virtual education, and the changes or permanence in their life projects during the COVID-19 pandemic. At first, we investigate the changes in family dynamics, the extent to which the new responsibilities impact on their daily life and the positive evaluations regarding the new coexistence. Furthermore, we address the experiences and changes arising from the virtualization of higher education, with an emphasis on the limitations in infrastructure and technology present in rural areas. Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de incidencia del control interno en la rentabilidad de una empresa holding, Distrito de Comas 2022. Para este estudio se utilizó la metodología tipo aplicada con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental con alcance correlacional y transversal, la técnica utilizada fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario realizado a la muestra compuesta por 22 personas, para la estadística se aplicó la prueba de Shapiro Wilk.
