El problema central de la investigación plantea ¿Como influye la calidad percibida en la lealtad de los consumidores de pisco, en el distrito de Tacna, 2018?. La investigación es cuantitativa correlacional, su diseño no es experimental retrospectivo transversal. La recolección de datos se hizo mediante la encuesta, el instrumento fue cuestionario validado y confiable. La muestra fue probabilística y correspondió a 196 consumidores de pisco mayores de 18 años. Las conclusiones determinan que la calidad percibida de los atributos intrínsecos influye moderadamente y de manera directa (r=+0,476**) en la lealtad de los consumidores de piso. Esta investigación básica, descriptiva – correlacional determinó la relación entre factores endógenos y exógenos con la gestión y asociatividad de las micro y pequeñas empresas (MYPE) pisqueras con denominación de origen (D.O.) de Tacna. Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta y observación aplicando un cuestionario validado por expertos siendo censadas once empresas. Las cuatro hipótesis contrastadas con un nivel de significancia p = 0,000 < α = 0,05 dieron valores de Chi-cuadrado (X2) entre 253,745 y 55,376 que estadísticamente indicaron la existencia de relación entre las variables de estudio descartándose las hipótesis nulas, determinándose el nivel de estas relaciones por el coeficiente de contingencia de Pearson (C) para 0≤C≤1 resultando valores entre 0,1440 y 0,1038 confirmando la existencia de relaciones positivas débiles por ser valores cercanos a cero. Although there is a considerable amount of research on this issue in the common law and civil law systems, there has been a notable lack of interest in comparative law studies between the two systems. El presente estudio tuvo como propósito determinar los factores que afectan la rentabilidad del pisco en la Región Tacna. Este trabajo aborda la investigación de los productores de pisco con denominación de origen en la región de Tacna. El tipo de investigación corresponde al descriptivo correlacional, para lo cual se aplicó las encuestas a 10 empresas formales. Los resultados indicaron que el 50% de los productores poseen un nivel tecnológico medio y el otro 50% un nivel bajo, la producción de pisco puro fue de 62 13,88 litros y máximo 25 000,10 el volumen de pisco aromatizado fue de 1 822,22 litros y como máximo de 5 000 litros, el pisco acholado en promedio de volumen fue de 1 625 litros y como máximo de 4 000 litros, el precio percibido por botella de pisco puro fue 24,40 soles, el precio de venta de pisco mosto verde 55,00 soles, el precio por botella de pisco aromático...

In this paper, we develop the theme of semiotics as the science that studies the processes of signification. As science explains and interprets verbal and nonverbal mechanisms used to communicate with the man, that is, to convey information about different realities; regularly does so through a range of signs. This is understandable, because in truth, the human being is a symbolic being, par excellence created, issued and interpreted signs, and in turn, organizes and systematizes through codes, in either case, culture is implicit. Without any doubt, to understand the nature of the human being and communication, one must understand the signs and codes. In this sense, for a better understanding and and we include a variety of examples, taken directly from users in a specific context.

It addresses from a linguistic point of view the general characteristics of the Spanish amixer code, (or Spanish amixer), which is a graphic code used by teenagers on the Internet, specifically on Facebook, its sources and basic training mechanisms, based on the analysis of a linguistic corpus. A description of the amixer and social media social group is made to extend the approach to this code.

So far, Peruvian nuclear research reactors RP-10 and RP-0 have been operating only with uranium oxide fuel elements (U3O8+Al). In the future RP-10 reactor will operate with mixed cores (U3Si2+Al, U3O8+Al). For this reason the calculus capacity has to be increased in order to be able to handle the new fuel management. Since preparation of nuclear libraries for diffusion calculation requires a significant amount of computational and human resources a new tool that processes libraries generation and diffusion calculations is necessary.

El Pisco es la bebida alcohólica más representativa de Perú obtenido a partir de la destilación de mostos frescos de uvas pisqueras recientemente fermentadas; como tal, debe cumplir con los parámetros de calidad establecidos por las normas peruanas con fines de consumo nacional y exportación. Se produce de manera artesanal en la costa sur de nuestra capital y al destilarse en alambiques de cobre, éste metal se arrastra y se deposita en el producto final (botella de pisco). El principal inconveniente es que, al ser producido de manera artesanal, existe una inadecuada infraestructura, equipos inadecuados y procesos con carencia sanitaria, que hace disminuir la calidad del pisco y aumentar las concentraciones de cobre. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la influencia que ejercen: Variedad, Precio y Marca sobre la preferencia en el consumo de pisco en los principales restaurantes del distrito de Tacna. El tipo investigación es cuasi experimental, el tiempo de ocurrencia es de tipo prospectivo y por el tiempo de estudio es de tipo transversal; muestra probabilístico y por conveniencia, fue 30 sujetos de estudio en un restaurante; para el cálculo estadístico se utilizó IBM SPSS Conjoint, los métodos estadísticos utilizados fueron; el diseño ortogonal, estadística descriptiva y análisis conjunto. Como resultado, el atributo marca obtuvo un 46,721 % de importancia parcial expresada a través la degustación; seguido del atributo variedad con 30,873 % y el atributo precio con 22,406 % de importancia.

The objective of this investigation is to identify and examine the characteristic segments that channel a type of discourse in the form of radio spots that infringes the Spanish advertising code of conduct. The work is focused on one of the most important principles for the consumer: that of truthfulness. The different types of misleading advertising have been analysed by means of factor analysis and its subsequent interpretation, based on a representative sample of radio spots that takes into account their broadcast frequency.

The title of this essay refers primarily to the positive rule governing the institution of divorce in Peru: the art. 348 of the Civil Code. This rule is widely developed in the Code and subsequent laws have being expanded the scope to include causal divorce that contradicts logic and common sense. Besides, it refers to what Gilbert K. Chesterton called “superstition divorce”: the perverse argument that states divorce is the panacea for all problems in family relationships. The author argues that for reasons of legal, ethical, social, political and anthropological nature, the state and society are obliged to promote and defend marriage and the family; and the indissoluble character of marriage.
