En el presente trabajo se trata de mostrar las diferentes meniscopatias que se presentan en la articulación de la rodilla, ya que es una de las lesiones más frecuencia en lesiones deportivas y en el caso del adulto mayor por causas degenerativas, el mecanismo de lesión que ocurre durante la rotación con la rodilla flexionada ya que los meniscos acompañan a los cóndilos, y por lo tanto en la rotación externa, el menisco externo se deforma hacia delante y el interno hacia atrás, lo inverso cuando hay una rotación interna produciendo una lesión.

Se evaluó la capacidad de la sonografía en tiempo real para reconocer las lesiones de menisco. Se estudiaron por sonografía 124 rodillas en 62 pacientes con sospecha de lesión de menisco, correlacionandose los hallazgos con el examen clínico, la artrografía y la artroscopia. El estudio se llevó a cabo en el Departamento de Radiología y Ortopedia del Hospital Clementito Fraga Filho, entre los años 1995 y 2002. De los 50 diagnósticos confirmados de lesión del menisco, 36 presentaron alteraciones sonográficas. La desinserción del menisco se confirmó con cirugía en 24 pacientes, siendo bien visualizadas y reconocidas las alteraciones por sonografía en 22 de ellos, en tanto que se les identificó artrográficamente solo en 14 casos. Objetivo: Identificar cuáles son los hallazgos radiológicos de los meniscos por artro tomografía computada multidetector de rodilla, en pacientes atendidos en Resocentro en Lima, entre Setiembre a Diciembre del 2017. Método: Estudio observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo, y de corte transversal, la población de estudio estuvo constituida por 77 personas, una muestra de 77 pacientes que cumplan los criterios de inclusión, tipo de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia o intencional, la recolección de datos se realizó mediante ficha de recolección de datos, apoyados en los informes radiológicos y base de datos de la institución, utilizando el programa estadístico SPSS versión 20 para el procesamiento de los datos. OBJETIVO: Analizar los hallazgos imageneológicos de los meniscos por Resonancia Magnética en la Clínica La Luz durante el periodo setiembre-diciembre del año 2017. METODOLOGÍA: El estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, diseño no experimental y corte transversal. Se seleccionaron 141 pacientes que acudieron a la Clínica La Luz durante los meses de setiembre-diciembre de 2017. Los datos fueron recolectados con una ficha de recolección de datos, y se analizaron con el programa SPSS versión 22. RESUMEN El presente estudio tuvo por objetivo determinar los hallazgos imageneológicos en el estudio de meniscos por Resonancia Magnética de rodilla en el Hospital Ramiro Prialé Prialé 2017. Fue tipo descriptivo, transversal, retrospectivo no experimental. Se seleccionaron 160 pacientes que acudieron al servicio de Resonancia Magnética del Hospital Ramiro Prialé Prialé durante los meses de enero a junio del 2017. Los datos fueron recolectados con una ficha de recolección de datos, y se analizaron con el programa SPSS versión 22. In this paper, we develop the theme of semiotics as the science that studies the processes of signification. As science explains and interprets verbal and nonverbal mechanisms used to communicate with the man, that is, to convey information about different realities; regularly does so through a range of signs. This is understandable, because in truth, the human being is a symbolic being, par excellence created, issued and interpreted signs, and in turn, organizes and systematizes through codes, in either case, culture is implicit. Without any doubt, to understand the nature of the human being and communication, one must understand the signs and codes. In this sense, for a better understanding and and we include a variety of examples, taken directly from users in a specific context.

It addresses from a linguistic point of view the general characteristics of the Spanish amixer code, (or Spanish amixer), which is a graphic code used by teenagers on the Internet, specifically on Facebook, its sources and basic training mechanisms, based on the analysis of a linguistic corpus. A description of the amixer and social media social group is made to extend the approach to this code.

So far, Peruvian nuclear research reactors RP-10 and RP-0 have been operating only with uranium oxide fuel elements (U3O8+Al). In the future RP-10 reactor will operate with mixed cores (U3Si2+Al, U3O8+Al). For this reason the calculus capacity has to be increased in order to be able to handle the new fuel management. Since preparation of nuclear libraries for diffusion calculation requires a significant amount of computational and human resources a new tool that processes libraries generation and diffusion calculations is necessary.

The objective of this investigation is to identify and examine the characteristic segments that channel a type of discourse in the form of radio spots that infringes the Spanish advertising code of conduct. The work is focused on one of the most important principles for the consumer: that of truthfulness. The different types of misleading advertising have been analysed by means of factor analysis and its subsequent interpretation, based on a representative sample of radio spots that takes into account their broadcast frequency.

The title of this essay refers primarily to the positive rule governing the institution of divorce in Peru: the art. 348 of the Civil Code. This rule is widely developed in the Code and subsequent laws have being expanded the scope to include causal divorce that contradicts logic and common sense. Besides, it refers to what Gilbert K. Chesterton called “superstition divorce”: the perverse argument that states divorce is the panacea for all problems in family relationships. The author argues that for reasons of legal, ethical, social, political and anthropological nature, the state and society are obliged to promote and defend marriage and the family; and the indissoluble character of marriage.

The reform of the text and the enactment of a new Civil Code both require a long and careful process; the work of a Reformer Commission should focus on identifying areas for improvement in the text and propose solutions to the problems that may have occurred in theimplementation of the revised text.In this interview, Jorge Avendaño talks about his experience working in the Reformer Commissions of 1936 and 1984’s Civil Codes, the second of which he personally presided. The objective of this study is to define a deontological code by presenting the precepts discussed in meetings,assemblies, and global tourism summits for analysis and synthesis. The methodology employed is contentanalysis, involving a literature review on the topic. Inventory techniques and tools such as checklists, exclusion lists, and information weighting were chosen.
