lt has been studied the batch sedimentation of aqueous suspensions of precipitated calcium carbonate, barium sulphate and lead oxide , in vertical thickeners of rectangular and circular cross sectional area. Suspensions vary in concentration between 19.4 and 617.9 g/I and the rate of sedimentation obtained between 0.008 and 7.70 cm/min. The effect of the specific gravity of the solid on the rate of sedimentation is the same for all the suspensions, that is, the greater the value of the specific gravity the greater the value of rate of sedimentation.

The purpose of this paper is to think about the dynamics betweensocial labour relationships and the religious believes in Peruvianmining on the basis of anthropological analysis of data collectedamong Julcani miners (Huancavelica) and Canta artisanal miners(Sierra of Lima) . Julcani miners are observed in two differentsocioeconomic contexts, one of modernization and technologicaldevelopment, and another of mine closure. Canta artisanal minersare also observed in two different periods, one before and the otherafter the installation in the zone of a mineral trade company. It canbe stated that the apparition of «evil» believes in miner’s religioussystem corresponds to the expansion and intensification of capitalistlabour relationships.

One of the most important transformations of contemporary Administrative Law Penalties is the one related to the openness to cooperation with private actors, considering that one of its expressions is the commitment to cease.In this academic paper, the author realizes a theoretical approach on the legal concept of concerted administration regarding penalties, and analyzes its regulation within sectoral rules. Finally, he offers some criticisms of the use of this concept by the public administration.

It is known the case of the public attorneys that, having the opportunity to settle a controversy aroused between the public entity and the contractor, prefer to submit that dispute to arbitration with higher costs that this decision cause to the State. The reason? The concern of having «the reasonableness of his decision to settle the dispute» subjected to an administrative responsibility procedure.This paper aims to discuss this problem and analyze a possible solution. Thus, taking into consideration the Colombian experience and the recent Peruvian regulation in the «Reglamento de la Ley de APPs», the authors suggest to include in the «Nueva Ley de Contrataciones del Estado» the «Amicable Compositor» as a mechanism of alternative dispute resolution.

Is chosen as the reference model also one of the first order with unity gain. Adaptive controller analysis is performed, justifying its performance in closed loop depends on the proper choice of a scale parameter adjustable. This work studies constitutional bases of two essential institutions of Collective Labor Law: employer’s obligation to negotiate collectively and facultative arbitration. In relation to the first one, using tools provided bythe Theory of Law, it is argued that the section 28º of Peruvian Constitution establishes a collective negotiation concept as claim (not as permission) so, employers legal obligation of collective negotiation is constitutional. In theother hand, regarding facultative arbitration, it has constitutional support on state’s obligation to promote pacific ways to labor conflicts; even though, it is questioned that a «sub constitutional» rule has restrictively regulated this institution.

La presente investigación correlaciona el tema de la innovación y la sostenibilidad en la universidad- empresa, con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre ambas, puesto que se hace imprescindible establecer una gestión que diseñe e implemente una transformación de procesos (educativos) y productos (fines de la universidad) mediante la innovación, como una estrategia empresarial. El tipo de investigación es llamada aplicada porque pretende enfrentar el problema proponiendo alternativas de solución e igualmente es una investigación documental. Como principal conclusión se determinó que los nuevos procesos de aprendizaje compartidos por diversas comunidades de estudiantes distantes en el espacio y las empresas deben estar fundados en propuestas, para que estos estudiantes puedan realizar trabajos de investigación en las empresas, utilizando las nuevas tecnologías.

This research has been developed in order to obtain a correlation between innovation and sustainability at the university-enterprise, having as an objective to define a relationship between both constructs, because it is essential to settle up a management, which must design and carry through (educational) process and products (university´s goals) by means of innovation as a management strategy. This study is descriptive, explicative and a documental research. As main conclusion it was settled that new processes of shared learnings by several students’ communities apart by distance and the enterprises’ must be founded in proposals in order to develop research between students and enterprises using new technology.

The Insolvency Department of Malaysia reported that personal bankruptcy has increased since 2007, and the total accumulated personal bankruptcy cases stood at 131,282 in 2014.
