We present the experimental results obtained from microstructural analysis of ZnO thin lms with20, 50, and 100 nm in thickness, grown onto the commercial glass substrate by reactive sputtering.We analyze the quantitative information on the size of the crystalline domains, the texture directionof the nanocolumns, their densities, thicknesses, surface and interface roughness obtained throughcharacterization techniques such as scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray reectivity (XRR)and X-ray diraction (DRX).

The Inner Bay of Puno is located on Lake Titicaca in southern Peru, 2.6 m in average depth, 16.0 km in surface area. The mouth of the bay, populated by native reed beds, joins the Outer Bay through the north and south channels. The bay is an example of the negative impact of humans, where they discharge poorly treated wastewater, producing an increase in algal biomass, eutrophication and anoxia. The objective was to estimate the direction and magnitude of the speed of the water current, on an hourly scale controlled by relevant physical processes, between January 23 and 30, 2019. We collected meteorological data, depth and temperature of the water. We performed computational experiments using the ELCOM lake model. In this work, graphite powder was used as initial material to obtain graphene oxides (GO). We propose the reduction of graphene oxides, by physical-chemical method, which consists in a thermo and chemical reduction in the presence of NaBH4 to obtain reduced graphene oxides (RGO). Furthermore, the presence of functional groups and the nanocrystal size were determined by Visive, FTIR and Raman spectroscopy in both samples, GO and RGO. Thereby, we observe that the use of physical-chemical method to obtain RGO produces a signicant defects decrease, shown by the D band of the Raman spectrum which practically disappear after this reduction. In addition to this, a morphological study made by AFM have shown relative ats surfaces in the nano-graphene samples obtained by the presented technique.

The purpose of this study is to implement the OC2 and OC3 algorithms to estimate the concentration of surface chlorophyll-a (CCA) from image data from the OLI sensor aboard the Landsat-8 satellite. The LaSRC (Landsat 8 Surface Reflectance Code) atmospheric correction model was validated with on-site measurements of the reflectance of the water surface recorded with a spectroradiometer on the surface of the fan shell crop area of the Sechura Bay. Validation results in a linear correlation coefficient of R = 95.1 % and a mean square error RMSE = 0.0095. A comparison of the CCA derived from the OC2 and OC3 algorithms was also made, resulting in an RMSE = 0.145 mg/m3 and a correlation coecient of R = 99 %. This investigation was carried out in the Santuario Nacional Los Manglares de Tumbes (SNLMT), located in the district of Zarumilla department of Tumbes, is oriented to implement a methodology that allows to characterize the mangrove cover. For this, the image of the TM sensor of the LandSat 5 satellites was analyzed and processed evaluating a series of parameters related to the soil surface, such as SAVI (Index of vegetation adjusted to the ground), NDVI (Index of vegetation of dierence normalized) and NDWI (Normalized dierence water index) with a view to establishing the optimum index that allows to discriminate the dierent components of the Sanctuary's soil cover. The objective of this research work is to esrtimate soil salinity in rice crop areas in Lambayeque district and investigate the temporal and spatial behavior, using ETM+ sensor (LandSat-7) satellite images, MODIS sensor (TERRA) and data obtained from electrical conductivity (EC) of the soil in situ. For this purpose, normalized dierence vegetation index (NDVI), soil salinity index (IndSal) and the standardized anomaly of the NDVI were the analysed parameters. The maximun compound value (MVC) analysis of the NDVI and soil salinity index, the standard deviation of the NDVI and soil salinity index from ETM+ sensor and standardized anomalies from ETM+ and MODIS sensors allowed to separate high quality soils from those with salinity problems.
