Se consideró como objetivo general determinar la relación de la gestión administrativa y la calidad de servicio en la atención del cliente de la Promotora Génesis SAC de Lima - 2021. De la misma forma se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental transaccional, de tipo descriptivo – correlacional, la técnica manipulada fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, el cual, fue aplicado a 60 trabajadores de la de la Promotora Génesis SAC. Se concluye que, entre ambas variables existe una relación positiva muy alta, porque el Rho de Spearman alcanzado fue de 0.959, esto quiere decir que mientras se lleve a cabo una gestión administrativa eficiente entonces la calidad de servicio mantendrá un nivel alto, beneficiando de forma directa a todos los clientes y a la organización.

La presente tesis tiene como objetivo evaluar el Indice de Condición del Pavimento Rígido en la calle Mariscal Ureta cuadras 12,13 y 14, aplicando el método del ÍNDICE DE CONDICIÓN DE PAVIMENTO (PCI). Diez unidades muestrales de pavimento rígido han sido estudiadas a detalle para identificar las fallas existentes y cuantificar el estado de la vía en una longitud de 63 metros de la cuadra n° 12 con un área de 567 m2, cuadra n° 13 con una longitud de 85.5 metros y un área de 769.5 m2, cuadra n° 14 de 67.5 metros y un área de 607.5 m2, teniendo como una longitud total de 216 metros y Área total de 1944 m2. Realiza el mantenimiento integral de los procesadores automáticos de tejidos para los principales hospitales en Lima Metropolitana. El trabajo describe las labores profesionales en la empresa Baires SAC dando mantenimiento a equipos biométricos en entidades de salud centrándose en el procesador automático de tejidos. Dicho equipo se encarga del procesamiento de biopsias y cuya deficiencia genera retrasos en los tiempos y posibles falsos diagnósticos debido a una mala adecuación de la muestra pudiendo impactar directamente en la salud de los pacientes. Se presenta los pasos de mantenimiento describiendo protocolos del mismo, así como el diagnostico de las principales fallas.

The objective of this research work is to esrtimate soil salinity in rice crop areas in Lambayeque district and investigate the temporal and spatial behavior, using ETM+ sensor (LandSat-7) satellite images, MODIS sensor (TERRA) and data obtained from electrical conductivity (EC) of the soil in situ. For this purpose, normalized dierence vegetation index (NDVI), soil salinity index (IndSal) and the standardized anomaly of the NDVI were the analysed parameters. The purpose of this study is to implement the OC2 and OC3 algorithms to estimate the concentration of surface chlorophyll-a (CCA) from image data from the OLI sensor aboard the Landsat-8 satellite. The LaSRC (Landsat 8 Surface Reflectance Code) atmospheric correction model was validated with on-site measurements of the reflectance of the water surface recorded with a spectroradiometer on the surface of the fan shell crop area of the Sechura Bay. Validation results in a linear correlation coefficient of R = 95.1 % and a mean square error RMSE = 0.0095. A comparison of the CCA derived from the OC2 and OC3 algorithms was also made, resulting in an RMSE = 0.145 mg/m3 and a correlation coecient of R = 99 %. This research proposes a Wetland Index (IB) to identify wetlands, located above 3800 meters above sea level. The IB proposal is a summary of Garcia Dulanto's master thesis (2018) and is based on two methods: the first based on the Linear Spectral Unmixing classication that uses spectral signatures selected from characteristic elements of the study area. Spectrally ideal signatures (endmember, EM) were selected to represent: wetlands (wetland EM), rocks (rock EM) and bare soil (soil EM). The second method is based on the biophysical indices or parameters NDVI, NDWI and NDII. The RGB image combination: NDII, NDVI, NDWI shows the wetlands in the study area in yellow tones. This project presents a methodology to identify deforestation in the Matahuayo sector. Tahuayo, which arises from the problem of the expansion of deforestation in tropical forests from Peru.
