In this work, graphite powder was used as initial material to obtain graphene oxides (GO). We propose the reduction of graphene oxides, by physical-chemical method, which consists in a thermo and chemical reduction in the presence of NaBH4 to obtain reduced graphene oxides (RGO). Furthermore, the presence of functional groups and the nanocrystal size were determined by Visive, FTIR and Raman spectroscopy in both samples, GO and RGO. Thereby, we observe that the use of physical-chemical method to obtain RGO produces a signicant defects decrease, shown by the D band of the Raman spectrum which practically disappear after this reduction. In addition to this, a morphological study made by AFM have shown relative ats surfaces in the nano-graphene samples obtained by the presented technique.

The aim of this study was to determine the physiological parameters related to body thermoregulation, as well as basic haematological parameters between Nellore cows and crossbreeds under heat stress. The study was carried out in the province of Satipo, Junín region, Peru, at 628 meters above sea level. Sixteen crossbred cows (Brown Swiss x Nellore) and 16 Nellore cows were used. The physiological parameters (body temperature, respiratory rate and heart rate) were evaluated in the morning (06:00-07:00) and in the afternoon (14:00-17:00). Blood samples were taken to determine haemoglobin (g/dl), haematocrit (%), mean corpuscular volume (MCV, fl), mean corpuscular haemoglobin (MCH, pg), mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration (MCHC, g/dl). Thermoregulatory functions (rectal temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate) were affected during hours of heat stress in both racial groups (p&...

Experiments in burned mice were conditioned so that, with adequate numbers of living germs Pseudonoma aeruginosa or their toxins, as high as 80 mortalities occur to 100%, after 72 hours of the burn produced and inoculum. These animals and were treated with standard gamma globulin horse (6%), immunized against Pseudonoma aeruginosa, "antiserum" and dilute the hundredth human gamma globulin to 16%, dilute the hundredth equally. The degree of protectiveness conferred by these two types of gamma globulin against inocula were evaluated by the decrease in mortality that occurred in each case.
