The article reveals the essence of the phenomenon “professional culture of future educators of preschool educational institutions” viewed as a complex integral formation within a holistic structure of a personality. It is characterized by a positive attitude to the subjects and objects of pedagogical activity (axiological component), deep and systematized professional knowledge, skills and competencies (cognitive component), as well as personal and professional qualities that reflect the level of mastery of a special area of knowledge (personal component) and find their manifestation in pedagogical activity (reflexive component). This paper seeks to describe and analyze the role of professionals in the field of education as one of the main agents who contribute to the socio-labor inclusion of youth with Intellectual Functional Diversity (IFD). Based on the complementarity of the quantitative and qualitative methods, we have delved into the significance of providing quality training to advisors and faculty, one which will enable them to foster the development of personal, social and labor skills and competencies in youth with IFD, so they can access employment and adulthood in an easier manner. The objective of the research was to determine the degree of relationship between the graduate profile and the competences of the curriculum courses of the secondary school professional school of the National University of Puno Altiplano, in the 2016 period. The research focus was quantitative of applied type. The design is non-experimental, transversal, descriptive and correlational. The study population consists of 60 subjects. The technique used was observation and the observation card instrument. The results indicate that there is a considerable positive correlation (0.830) which indicates that there is a significant relationship between the graduate profile and the competences proposed in the subjects of the flexible curriculum by competencies of the Secondary School Vocational School of the National University of the Puno Highlands.

It summarizes and explains a series of analysis categories that allow educational phenomena to be approached from a cognitive perspective. It starts with a general introduction about cognition and different lines from which it can be addressed. Then the lower and upper cognitive processes are described. It is expected that the typology of processes provided will be a valuable tool for the analysis of teaching situations.

This study investigated the life projects of 40 adolescents with high abilities/giftedness, equally divided by sex and type of giftedness (schoolhouse or creative production). The clinical method proposed by Piaget was used to ask assess the youths’ life projectsand their justifications. Results indicated that 229 projections emphasized ‘academic education’, ‘professional activity’ and ‘loving relationship’. The justifications were mainly of the ‘selfcentered’ type, suggesting that most of the projections did not present the moral and ethical perspective, since they marked the individual interests without the moral values. We hope that the results will help psychopedagogical actions that motivate the creation of ethical life projects aimed at building a society based on morality and ethics.
