El Chaco -hábitat reproductivo de aves migratorias- tiene mayor prioridad de conservación en Sudamérica. Su estacionalidad hídrica típica influye en la disponibilidad de recursos, así como en la composición y organización de avifauna. Sobre éstas inciden la fragmentación y reemplazo del bosque por expansión agrícola. Esta contribución proporciona la composición y riqueza de avifauna en remanentes del Chaco Oriental de Córdoba y realiza observaciones ecológicas sobre gremios tróficos, estatus de residencia y estado poblacional, a fin de interpretar su situación actual y promover su conservación. Dichos relictos se ubican entre la Reserva de Mar Chiquita y las Sierras del Norte, alternando con bosque secundario, parque y pastizales producidos por tala, y con parcelas cultivadas. En el presente artículo analizo el lugar que ocupa el conocimiento en la producción de nuevas relaciones sociales y configuraciones institucionales en el contexto de una crisis hídrica en las sierras chicas de Córdoba, Argentina. Basándome en un abordaje etnográfico, analizo la manera en que la información (tanto de origen científico como no científico) sobre ciertos hechos y fenómenos relativos al estado de situación de la crisis oficia como conocimiento en diferentes —pero complementarias— maneras, al ser, por un lado, apropiada y utilizada como base de las estrategias de visibilización de diferentes agrupaciones y organizaciones no gubernamentales, y por otro, fundamento de las intervenciones activas sobre la crisis por estas agrupaciones, creando así relaciones de cohesión, pero también de conflicto. La ciudad de Capilla del Monte, unidad de estudio de la presente investigación, se ubica en el valle de Punilla de la provincia de Córdoba y manifiesta una heterogeneidad social y cultural producto de las corrientes migratorias, impactando de manera directa en los procesos de participación. Por ello, se pretende determinar las formas de participación ciudadana en la localidad como instrumento de fortalecimiento de las capacidades de gestión del Estado. The article presents the results of the research regarding business elites of the province of Córdoba, Argentina, between 2015 and 2019. Beginning with the discussion of Latin-American and Argentinian research literature, it focuses on the analysis of businessmen’s social trajectories, describing its similarities and building a typology of its differences. The inquiry takes, as a theoretical position, the proposal of Tilly (2000) regarding inequality mechanisms. The research was carried out with a qualitative methodological approach, including multiple techniques (press analysis, observation and biographical interviews). A positional method for the identification of elites was used (Perissinotto and Codato, 2015), for the purpose of constructing social trajectories. The objective of this study was to operationalize the parental modeled construct of prosocial behavior for its evaluation in adolescents. 358 adolescents from 12 to 18 years old participated (M = 14.66; SD = 1.71) of both sexes, from the province of Córdoba, Argentina. Different psychometric analyzes were performed from which it was observed that All items were discriminative and with a corrected homogeneity index ≥ .30. Internal consistency was adequate (FC = .91). The exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes indicated a one-dimensional structure of the test, which explained 36% of the variance. The final scale was made up of 18 items that presented adequate psychometric functioning, allowing a valid and reliable evaluation of the construct.

In this article the author discusses the phenomenology, neuropsychological and psychodynamical issues about poltergeist activity, with main emphasis on Andrés Venier’s case, of Río Tercero, province of Córdoba, Argentina. The phenomenon seems to be caused by unconscious psychokinesis (mind over matter). These events have been reported since antiquity. Its phenomenology is described in terms of throwings and displacements of objects, noises, lights, apparitions and foul smellings. Besides, poltergeists are capable of interference with electronic equipment while other reports include somatic lesions.

Any discussion about gender violence, over the last decade in Argentina and especially in the province of Cordoba, has gained social visibility. In the first part, we will analyze, briefly, the most important legal reforms in Argentina about gender violence and in particular the incorporation of femicide. In the second part, we will focus on a legal proposal concerning juries that in the province of Cordoba have the jurisdiction to decide femicide. We conclude that it is possible to control a previously and posterior stereotype on gender in relation to the decision regarding its use.

Based on an ethnographic approach; it analyses the way in which factual information of scientific and non-scientific origin, operates as knowledge in two different but complementary ways: on the one hand, it is appropriated and used as the basis of visibility strategies by different groups and non-governmental organizations; on the other hand, it works as the ground for active interventions on the water crisis, generating both cohesive and conflictual relations. A situated perspective of access to ambivalent ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) in the country indicates that any digital transition involves significant breaks of everyday experience. This text analyzes the appropriation of digital devices by rural teachers that installs a certain historical trajectory of the school as an intervener status in the digitization of education. These appropriations represent tense interpenetrations between individual attributes and contextual conditions of access to computers, mobile phones and networks in a techno-cultural environment with increasing acceptance of ICT. The fieldwork identifies historical features of the rural school and brands of the institutional trajectory significant for teachers who appropriate ICT in the classroom and the school. El Cuadro de Mando Integral (CMI) es una herramienta de gestión muy utilizada por diversas empresas alrededor del mundo.
