La ciudad de Capilla del Monte, unidad de estudio de la presente investigación, se ubica en el valle de Punilla de la provincia de Córdoba y manifiesta una heterogeneidad social y cultural producto de las corrientes migratorias, impactando de manera directa en los procesos de participación. Por ello, se pretende determinar las formas de participación ciudadana en la localidad como instrumento de fortalecimiento de las capacidades de gestión del Estado. Metodológicamente, se trabaja a partir de una triangulación cualitativa y cuantitativa.
