El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo el objetivo principal de Determinar la correlación entre el estrés laboral y el desempeño docente de los profesores de las instituciones educativas particulares John Forbes y Andrés de Santa Cruz del distrito de Cerro Colorado, Arequipa, para ello se empleó la metodología científica, nivel de investigación relacional, tipo de investigación no experimental y diseño de investigación relacional - causal, para lo cual se tuvo como variables de estudio el estrés laboral, y el desempeño docente; para la primera variable se usó como instrumento la escala de Likert lPEL - D y para la segunda variable se usó la escala de Likert basada en el Marco del Buen Desempeño Docente; en una muestra conformada por 30 docentes. Según la investigación realizada sobre las habilidades sociales de los niños y niñas de 5 años de la institución educativa Particular “John Forbes” del distrito de Cerro colorado - Arequipa. Habilidades de interacción social, según el cuadro Nro. 7, un 58% no presenta la habilidad; habilidades para hacer amigos y amigas, según el cuadro Nro. 12,un 69% no presenta la habilidad; habilidades relacionadas con los sentimientos y las emociones, según el cuadro Nro.15, un 50% no presenta la habilidad; habilidades de buscar solución a problemas, según el cuadro Nro. 19 no presenta la habilidad. Concluimos que la mayoría de los niños y niñas de 5 años del nivel inicial carecen de habilidades sociales lo cual dificulta la interrelación con sus pares y no permite una adecuada convivencia.

This paper finds strong support for a Phillips curve that becomes nonlinear when inflation is “low”—which our baseline model defines as less than 3 percent. The nonlinear curve is steep when output is above potential (slack is negative) but flat when output is below potential (slack is positive) so that further increases in economic slack have little effect on inflation. This finding is consistent with evidence of downward nominal wage and price rigidity. When inflation is high, the Phillips curve is linear and relatively steep. These results are robust to placing the threshold between the high and low inflation regimes at 2, 3, or 4 percent inflation or for a threshold based on country-specific medians of inflation. The digital convergence has led to a change in the business model of some companies in the telecommunications and media industry. This research presents empirical evidence related to the existence of a concentration in the market structure with respect to the income of certain firms. These organizations take part of the thirteen industries that converge globally. The study reflected the analysis of all related firms participating into digital markets. These firms also are registered in capital markets and are listed in the database of 2000 big firms from the Forbes Magazine in 2013.

In the last decade, the use of fashion films as a strategic content in the fashion industry has acquired special relevance. The objectives of this research are aimed at framing fashion films within the framework of branded content and distinguishing their specific characteristics in the sector of luxury fashion brands, such as Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Burberry and Dior. To do this, a qualitative methodology is used to study the most representative fashion films of the selected brands through an aesthetic analysis and a diegetic analysis. The results of the research show that brands conceive fashion films as content marketing, advertainment and branded entertainment, with different aesthetic and narrative characteristics.

In 2022, the Mexican state of Nuevo León issued 7 environmental alerts due to high levels of pollution within the metropolitan area. This study aims to analyze the sustainable strategies implemented in the Circular Supply Chain (CSC) of the multinational leading companies in Nuevo León, Mexico, to identify sustainable strategies in companies and determine ways to measure the strategies previously mentioned. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of Twitter by Verificado México during the Mexican electoral campaign of 2018. The project, known as VerificadoMX 2018, brought together a team of more than 90 media outlets and organizations that partnered to verify information about an electoral process that began on March 29 and ended on June 27, 2018. Based on the analysis of the 3116 tweets published from VerificadoMx's Twitter account, a typology of rumors and verifications is proposed for the study of electoral campaigns. From the study of the VerificadoMX Twitter account we must point out that we must distinguish two specific moments that accelerate the verification of facts and speeches: the electoral debates and the electoral day. On the other hand, we can differentiate between rumors of electoral pre-campaign, campaign and post-campaign.

The Oomycete Phytophthora infestans (Mont.) de Bary, the causal agent of the disease known as late blight, is primarily responsible for the decreased in production performance and potato crops worldwide. One of the most efficient options for the control of late blight disease in potato (Solanum tuberosum) is the development of resistant varieties to Phytophthora infestans mediated by the direct transfer of resistance (R) genes through genetic engineering. In the present work, we used Solanum bulbocastanum RB gene to confers broad spectrum resistance to P. infestans races. To that end, Agrobacterium - mediated genetic transformation was used to transform a susceptible potato variety, Desiree, with the binary vector pCIP68 harboring the RB gene. As a result, 19 transformed plants containing the RB gene were obtained. kanamycin resistance test and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays confirmed the integration of the T-DNA in the potato genome. The mandatory lockdown in Peru wich lasted over three months made the telecommunication companies redefine their strategies to fase pandemic. This Project analyzes the TV spots of the three main telecommunication companies in Peru in order to identify their narratives, the way the faced the pandemic, the audiovisual resources thay had to use, and the way they turned to social advertising to strengrhen their brands. We worked with an analysis matrix and semi-structured interviews with marketing managers to constrast our main findings. From a documentary review and an in-depth interview with Lee Doo Ran (Seoul City Council), as well as an exploration that allows us to understand these activities, the importance of Hallyu (The Korean Wave) for the South Korean capital is investigated for understanding how the Seoul Metropolitan Government, using Hallyu, develops strategies and activities focused on maturing and respecting its city brand.
