El informe de experiencia profesional trata sobre la ejecución de la obra «Montaje, pruebas y puesta en servicio de equipos de protección y maniobra en los sistemas eléctricos rurales de Huánuco, Pasco, Ayacucho, Junín, Huancavelica – Electrocentro S. A.» que tiene como objetivo la instalación de equipos de automatización en las redes primarias de 10 y 22.9 kV, estos dispositivos tales como el recloser o reconectador permite que el sistema pueda aislar fallas de forma inmediata y a su vez intentar reconectar el sistema pasado unos milisegundos para poder verificar si la falla que empezó dicha desconexión era transitoria y de ese modo reconectar elsistema, caso contrario, de tratarse de una falla permanente, este puede mantenerse desconectado, del mismo modo, en la ejecución de este proyecto se ha instalado seccionalizadores que en coordinación con el recloser permiten aisl...

In this paper the transgenic fluorescent red, orange and pink zebra fish (Danio rerio), found in local aquariums in Peru, were identified using the PCR technique to amplify the transgene RFP sea anemone belonging to Discosoma spp. The gene expression of the red fluorescent protein (RFP) transgene was found to determine different gradients-of-bioluminescence (shades in color) in each GMO fish analyzed. We performed sequence analysis of the two variants of the RFP along with six variants of the existing fluorescent protein GFP from the Genbank, this could help identify quickly if they are new genes or variants thereof as these novel fluorescent proteins may be introduced in aquatic GMO in the future. Thus, developing and improving biosecurity measures through its timely detection at the molecular genetic level.

One of the most efficient options for the control of late blight disease in potato (Solanum tuberosum) is the development of resistant varieties to Phytophthora infestans mediated by the direct transfer of resistance (R) genes through genetic engineering. In the present work, we used Solanum bulbocastanum RB gene to confers broad spectrum resistance to P. infestans races. To that end, Agrobacterium - mediated genetic transformation was used to transform a susceptible potato variety, Desiree, with the binary vector pCIP68 harboring the RB gene. As a result, 19 transformed plants containing the RB gene were obtained. kanamycin resistance test and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays confirmed the integration of the T-DNA in the potato genome.
