description Para la ejecución del presente proyecto, se aplicó una investigación de mercado para identificar el público objetivo, así como también la carencia que presenta este sector en contratar este tipo de servicio técnico de calidad y con garantía para el hogar con el fin de satisfacer la necesidad de reparaciones de las viviendas en la zona norte de Lima Metropolitana. Ante esta eventualidad del Covid-19, nos obligó a recurrir a la búsqueda de servicios mediante las plataformas virtuales, teniendo muy presente que al momento de solicitar los servicios estos cuenten con los protocolos de bioseguridad, los cuales salvaguardaran la salud de nuestros clientes internos y externos. Este proyecto busca fortalecer los servicios que con el tiempo no se ha desarrollado de la mejor manera y se sigue manteniendo en la informalidad mostrando un déficit en la calidad de estos, por lo cual buscamos fortalecer la importancia de las pequeñas empresas. Tenemos un equipo de profesionales experimentados para cada especialidad de servicios que ofrecemos, brindando calidad, seguridad y sobre todo garantía porque lo más importante para nosotros es generar confianza con nuestros clientes.

Faced with this eventuality of Covid-19, it forced us to resort to searching for services through virtual platforms, keeping in mind that when requesting services they have biosafety protocols, which will safeguard the health of our internal clients and external. This project seeks to strengthen services that over time have not been developed in the best way and continue to remain informal, showing a deficit in their quality, for which we seek to strengthen the importance of small businesses.
