La investigación fue no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo, de tipo correlacional y de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo constituida por los 120 estudiantes del nivel secundario. El método usado para el muestreo fue el censal. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario. El grado de confiabilidad de los tres instrumentos por medio del estadístico Alfa de Cronbach fueron de 0,805 (coaching educativo), 0,943 (inteligencia emocional) y 0,867 (aprendizaje significativo). Los resultados determinaron que la variable coaching educativo tiene una relación directa altamente significativa (Rho= 0.629 y p<0.05) con la variable inteligencia emocional; por otro lado, la variable coaching educativo tiene una relación directa altamente significativa (Rho= 0.550 y p<0.05) con la variable con aprendizaje significativo y por último la variable inteligencia emocional tiene una relación directa altamente significativa (Rho= 0.661 y p<0.05) con la variable con aprendizaje significativo en los alumnos de segundo grado de nivel secundaria de una institución educativa de la ciudad de Trujillo,2022 |
